Spanning an impressive 440 sq.m. across three storeys, this exceptional property caters to the needs of modern travelers, offering a self-catered holiday experience that surpasses expectations. With its seamless fusion of comfort, style, and amenities, Villa Belle comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests in its seven generously-sized bedrooms.
Ground Floor
The ground floor of Villa Belle encompasses the inviting living room, a modern kitchen, two bedrooms, and one and a half bathrooms.
- Unwind on the comfortable corner sofa in the spacious sitting area or gather with your family at the dining table for 12 guests. The living area is equipped with a 75 HDTV featuring a PS3 gaming console, a cozy fireplace, and opens up to a generous veranda, offering breathtaking sea views. Step onto the ground floor veranda, furnished with two sofas, two armchairs, coffee tables and two outdoor dining areas--one accommodating up to 10 guests and the other perfect for a party of four. From here, you can also access the pool terrace.
-Next to the living room, youll find a fully equipped kitchen complete with a separate indoor dining table for 6. The kitchen also boasts a seamless connection to the veranda, allowing you to enjoy mesmerizing views of the sea while preparing meals.
- The ground floor houses a bedroom featuring a king-size bed (1.60 x 2.00) equipped with a 32 TV, A/C, a vanity with a mirror, a wardrobe, and windows that provide stunning sea views.
-Additionally, there is a second bedroom offering two single beds (0.90 x 2.00), a vanity, a wardrobe with a suitcase stand (the beds can be joined to create a king-size bed upon request), A/C, sea view, and an en-suite WC.
-An additional bathroom with a shower cabin is also conveniently located on this level.
First Floor
On the first floor of Villa Belle, guests will find:

Additionally, it boasts a spacious closet with a safe and provides access to a private veranda adorned with a comfortable seating area, allowing you to indulge in breathtaking vistas.
- Another beautifully appointed bedroom awaits, offering two single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed upon request. This room is equipped with A/C, a vanity, and grants access to a large private veranda. The expansive veranda can also be accessed from the hallway, providing a tranquil retreat.
- For added convenience, a well-appointed bathroom with a shower cabin is available for use by guests staying in the second bedroom.
Lower floor

For those seeking a warmer swimming experience, the pool can be heated upon advanced request for the duration of your stay with an additional daily charge.
- An additional highlight is the second free-shaped pool, measuring 38 sq.m and being 0,70m deep, which is ideal for children. This pool features a built-in seating area, providing a cozy spot for relaxation. In addition, there is a charming wood-burning fire pit, perfect for gathering around in the evenings, creating an enchanting atmosphere.
- The pool terrace is equipped with 2 sun beds, 2 bean bag loungers, 2 gazebos with double beds and an outdoor shower, so you can sunbathe with ease. Next to the pool, a spacious, shaded seating area offers a large built-in corner sofa and 2 coffee tables, perfect for lounging and enjoying leisurely conversations.
