This place was hard to leave. We are still reminiscing about our stay at the villa. The hosts prepared a pdf that was beyond words and helped the ease of stay. The house easily accommodated three couples very comfortably. We appreciated the food that was here when we arrived late in the evening and had something for breakfast the next morning. The views are breathtaking and the aroma of plants and flowers mixed w the sea is unreal. We had a taxi driver recommended in the pdf and we got to know well going above and beyond. We also had the chef come and cook a gourmet meal after the marathon that was outstanding. You must come and experience this for yourself. We could talk about this place for hours

We had the most incredible stay at this amazing property and can't stop raving about how gorgeous it is - stunning architecture and design, perfect & peaceful setting with picturesque views, and truly unforgettable. The host owners are fantastic; great communication, very thorough information provided before our visit and so welcoming when we arrived.

This property is fantastic in so many ways. The kitchen is completely stocked. It is great for preparing family meals. The gas grill came with two full propane tanks. You can order your groceries, including great wine, from the My Market and they will deliver them to the house. You can walk to the beach easily and enjoy 2-3 restaurants on the beach. Socratis was an extremely kind and helpful host. We had never been to Greece before, and did not know much about how to get around. He helped us navigate Taxi's, a trip to Poseidon's temple. and investigate local wineries. If you are interested in the wineries, you have to make a reservation ahead of time. We did not get to go because there were no openings left for the week. The house has a wonderful pool to enjoy, board games, cards, and wonderful places to sit and read. The view is absolutely amazing. The bathrooms were slightly inconvenient with all the bedrooms except one having to share the upstairs bathroom. However, the house is so spectacular and the location so amazing that the bathroom situation does not ultimately matter much. If you are traveling before June, just know that some restaurants are not open yet and the water is still pretty chilly.

We all had a wonderful time at Socratis' stunning villa. There was everything we could have needed, the kitchen was so complete. Our hosts had even left us fresh vegetables and tomatoes straight from the garden. We were invited to make use of the fresh herb garden for our cooking. On top of all that, Socratis was incredibly easy to get hold of and was incredibly accommodating. All of our group had such a fantastic time we were sad to have to leave.

Socrates was brilliant at communicating over booking of his villa. It is their ancestral home and very well looked after with beautiful furnishings and gardens. The maid who came twice during the week is brilliant and ensured we had no problems. The view from the terrace is spectacular across the bay and lovely to sit on to watch the sunset. We arrived on a Sunday and as local shops were closed the owners had left us a comprehensive starter pack which was amazing! We teamed this with a trip to Athens which was also fantastic and less than an hour away. We also visited Poseidon's temple which was well worth the short drive. The local tavernas are mainly fish based- but amazing fresh fish!
