Very private and calm place with a beautiful garden. Pretty scenery and amazing view. Evey detail in this hotel has been very well thought of and it feel like paradise on earth. The general manager and the whole staff are doing an amazing job and are very helpful with everything and attentive.
I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel’s stunning architecture and elegant decor create an atmosphere of luxury and relaxation and attentive.
My room was spacious and beautifully furnished. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens were of the highest quality.
The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste and very local fresh things.
I enjoyed a rejuvenating massage in the very calm garden next to the beautiful gym.
Overall, my stay at the was perfect. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and excellent amenities made for an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-end, relaxing holiday.
Nothing evertything perfect

Serene and beautiful location. Great access to the Maddalena archipelago. Wonderful staff and concierge. Big rooms with amazing views. The stone infinity pool is also a fantastic place to hang out and their beach deck is nice with clear water.
For a 5* hotel, the restaurant is below average. Also, the pool/beach menu offers very little options and the options in question are not up to standard with the rest of the hotel's great amenities.

You feel immediately relaxed when you sit by the pool, drink a custom cocktail from the fantastic bar manager (Marino!) and look out over the sea. The resort has a spanish feel, its very relaxed and well maintained. There is live piano playing on some nights adding to the incredible atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The beds are comfortable and the view we had from our room was amazing (overlooking the sea). Cannigione is a very quiet little town so recommend a car to get to other beaches and towns to explore!
Nothing!

The view and the location was very good.
It was a bit overpriced comparing to what you get.

Availability, professionalism and kindness of all the staff-reception, restaurant, concierge, etc.
Excellent restaurant (breakfast and dinner).
Room furniture a bit basic for a 5* hotel.
Swimming pool too shallow.

It is a beautiful hotel. The design and layout are super cool. The breakfast and dinner area around the pool is incredible - one of the best views you will ever have. The staff are super friendly and helpful.
This would have been an easy 10 out of 10, but the concierge was a bit of a let down. Didn't seem to know what she was doing, recommended one terrible restaurant, and then generally failed to successfully make any reservations for us during our stay.

outstanding location, staff and service.
Nothing really. our air con was a bit noisy, but apart from that nothing.

This was far from a 5-star resort and was a real disappointment. We were supposed to have a sea view but it was partially obstructed. Most importantly, the whole resort had a strange energy about it. It felt more like a condo complex than a hotel resort, and the hotel guests were an after thought. It's very apparent that they run this to be profitable vs. delivering a great 5 star experience. From having to pay for everything upfront (before you've even seen the room), to the over-priced activities, to the IKEA curtains in our room, to the watered down thimbles of orange juice at breakfast, this hotel is all about the bottom line. What we experienced was far from what you see on the website and I question how Conde Nast could endorse it? As we discovered, there are much better options in the area.

Luca the Resturant manager was so lovely everyday and he made sure we had everything we needed. Reception staff were also extremely helpful and booked Resturant’s etc. The hotel is set out so well and the view is amazing.
Everything was perfect.

Our stay in Villa cel Golfo was perfect. We had a room with a pool and wonderful view. It was a very private area. If you have a car, there is another parking on the hill for rooms which are situated higher. The room was cleaned every morning and evening. We had always fresh towels. Breakfast was very tasty. Hotel service is very helpful and kind. From the hotel it’s about 20/30 minutes by car to see the most popular beaches in Costa Smeralda. We highly recommend this place for holiday in Sardinia.
