Room was very clean.
Parking in hotel underground parking was not included and we had to pay extra.

The staff was very friendly. The pool was nice. I got a free drink for my birthday :)
Value for money, no breakfast included, no parking included. Villa Aurora looks nice from outside, however could have been better refurbished from the inside. Couldnt use the Sauna, as it only opens at 2 pm.

It was near the place we wanted to explore
There was no air conditioning and it was hot

The extra utilities I requested were provided without any difficulty

the location is perfect, in the middle of the village , 5 minutes to the beach.
it was kind of bright in the morning, because of the blinds on the windows

Location was prime. Short walk to the beach and several shops and restaurants.
Upon arrival, the staff didnt seem well prepared for an English speaking guest. I approached the counter with my passport and asked to be checked-in. Apparently he seemed confused or lacked experience with English speaking guests. My wife dose speak German, however nothing was said to us that she could have helped clear up... we were told to wait with no explanation; was there an error with our reservation? After waiting another staff member was able to assist us in checking in, as everything was in order. However there was a lack of information about the facility (as we were staying in the villa). We were not informed where the pool was located of when the restaurants serve breakfast. In turn, we didn't use any of the facilities on site.... however the parking information was helpful.

The location was very convenient between the beach and the train station and had many restaurants around. The amenity of using the spa was really nice. The bathroom was very clean and spacious.
The carpets and curtains could have been cleaner, getting services at the reception always had long queues and it seems that the reception was understaffed.

A nice hotel with good amenities. Very close to the beach.
The parking was not offered from the hotel. we wanted to book in advance but the parking spots were fully booked. They need to increase their parking spots

The Hotel has a great location to the Baltic sea. The employees are very friendly and helpful.
The bed was to soft for me.

The breakfast buffet was great! The variety was good and everything was refilled immediately. Location of the hotel was convenient.
The person at reception was pretty much indifferent and unfriendly. Not a very warm welcome. We had to pay extra for our dog and upon arrival I asked if the dog package will be in the room and I was told that I have to check since he has no idea. Of course it was not there and they had added a crib for our daughter which we did not ask for. After calling reception he assured that housekeeping will come soon. After 15min Housekeeping entered our room without knocking! Absolut no go!!!

The staff are all excellent and work hard looking after guests. The breakfast selection was amazing and of a high standard. We took breakfast outside, as we had our dog, and coffee was brought out to us and we could collect other items from the breakfast room. Our original room, no.116, was at the back of the hotel, a little dark, but the main problem was it overlooked a flat roof on which very noisy seagulls squawked all night. Hence no sleep. Luckily we were able to move to a room at the front of the hotel, and slept well for the remaining nights.
The reception was closed, and we had to check in at the sister hotel opposite.
The hotel is four stars, but it needs a refurbishment when possible, as all the furniture is chipped and marked, and carpets are worn. However it's very clean and comfortable.

The hotel looks great from the outside, a bit less from the inside. The furniture is very traditional, some of the pieces are not in a good shape anymore. The room was relatively large and the beds were very good. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. Maybe the best thing in this Hotel.
The hotel needs a bit of maintenance. Maybe not easy during Corona times. "In order to reduce the Corona risk" they only clean the room every three days. Not sure how this will reduce the risk. The reception is not in the hotel anymore but in another three star SeeTel Hotel on the other side of the street. The staff on the reception are absolutely unfriendly and harsh. I did not feel as a guest but more as an intruder. Covid: The staff in the breakfast room needs some training how to wear a mask properly. Some of them only covered the mouth but not the nose...

Comfy bed, friendly staff and excellent (!!) breakfast
