Cordialità del personale, buon servizio colazione
Stanza eccessivamente piccola per 3 adulti. Lettino sprovvisto di presa accanto al letto per caricare il cellulare. Porta della doccia è uscita dal binario.

Free parking on the street. Great breakfast. Nice rooms. As in the pictures.
4:00-8:00am the alarm in the hotel went on every 2-3 minutes. They couldn’t turn it off (one of the guests smoked in his room). We didn’t sleep at all. In the morning they said that they called our room in order to move us to another hotel, but the phone didnt worked either so they couldn’t reach us. Anyway- they could just knocked on our door and find us. The manager told us they will contact us regarding our request for a refund but we didn’t hear from the hotel ever since .not recommended .

Really friendly staff who spoke good English and got the window fixed immediately when we reported that it was faulty. Michael on reception is a real sweetheart. It was so easy to get around from the hotel because it is so close to the M1 metro line. Location was also quiet so we slept well

It's okay

All was OK. Room was clean and AC was working well.
Croissants at breakfast were tasty.
Nice outdoor patio.
The hotel has somewhat outdated decor and could use major renovation.
Breakfast was not great (eggs from powder?).
Location: not super straightforward to reach from the Metro station, I got lost following google maps.

corporate staff
very noisy beside a Main Street, very old furniture, bad equipped, not clean, has nothing to do with 4 stars.

we could cancel the reservation without any problems
no air condition, very smily and old, small room, bad location, small lift ( just for 2 persons)

The hotel must undergo a total renovation. Burnt bacon ang cold scrambled eggs served at the buffet. Shower delivers water to minimum amount only and with a fix position. Expensive mineral water for a cost of 2.50 Euros for 500ml. Wifi password should be taken with a phone which means you can not work with laptop if you wish to do some business works. Very small elevator which is good for 2 persons only with small luggage. We paid expensive room compare to a nearby hotel with good rooms and 20 euros cheaper.

It's close to metro station Sesto Rondò, M1, and you can reach Duomo, Milano Cadorna, etc easily. The staff was very friendly. Late check out was made possible with some extra payment.
It was surprising that in a 4 star hotel I couldn't control the temperature of my room. It was very cold on the first day, and I asked why I couldn't turn on the heating, they referred to the Italian rules, that since it is spring, the heating is turned off.
On the first day, I left my room for 2 hours and when I came back, the door was open. I was shocked, the receptionist Xenia (very welcoming, polite) assured me that no one entered my room and said maybe I had forgotten to close it. She also apologized for the incident. I had to reveal that It have ocd, and it it was not possible for me not to lock the door properly and double check it. Nothing disappeared from my room, but the feeling was unpleasant. After that incident, I took videos of my room and items every time I was to leave my room, just to be on the same side. Overall it is not a bad hotel, in terms of location, facilities, room size and service.

Everything was ok, really kind and helpful staff. It is just 20 minutes far from accomodation to centre of Milan by tube. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
4.0
The hotel is ok. Even if rooms are old and not super comfortable it is still a good choice to visit the city center forgetting about your car and for a fair price. They have a garage for 7euro and you can then you can walk at the metro station and be in the city center in 30 minutes.
I didn't have any issue with AC in my room as other people said.
WiFi is ok.
Rooms are not great but still decent. Comfort is not the best due to windows that don't properly close (and you are on a street with some traffic) and light front doors.

The reception staff were friendly and efficient with a good level of English!
The rooms were uncomfortably hot and despite asking the staff to control the temperature it didn’t seem to make much difference.

It is near the Sesto S. Giovanni station plus had early breakfast included. I had to catch an early train from that station having had breakfast already hence why I booked this hotel.
There were some faulty items in the bathroom.
