Nice hotel centrally located with great breakfast.
Beds slide around on floor.. could be dangerous for elderly. Well also anyone as you could fall and injure yourself.

Hotel was in a great location, but a few issues.
We traveled with a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids)- had two double beds.
One of our beds was lopsided. We asked the front desk to take a look, no one ever came. We ended up trying to fix it ourselves and found that the legs were bent under the bed. No follow up from the hotel.
One of the beds were extremely hard, to the point that my hip went numb (I'm a side sleeper).
My husband requested another pillow because the one he had was too high. Again, no follow up from the hotel.
The room smelt very musty and damp. All our clothing smelt once we left the hotel.
Our family had a second room on the top floor and AC wouldn't go lower then 24 degrees. The hotels only solution was for them to leave. Not the greatest customer service.

Great location.
Grumpy receptionist, No information, No Parking facilities in the evening. None.

The staff was amazing!
My room was tiny, and the mattresses were awful.

The Hotel management accommodated our change of plans - we arrived a day early and they agreed to change our booking at no cost.
The Hotel was very tired in appearance. Plumbing and decoration all needed freshening up. To be fair we were there in heavy rain and nowhere looks its best under those conditions

interior garden, silence for good rest

Location. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Wifi signal was poor in the rooms located further away from reception. The air-conditioning and heating are centralized. The double room was quite small, whereass the single room was twice the size but could've rather been made up for 2 people.

The location of the room we booked is not at the Hotel itself, but right in the center of the village with the best view possible of the iconic peninsula (monastery). Our spacious room (loft) was very compfy and the design featured some antique and traditional elements.
The breakfast was very good with a mixture of salty and sweet local dishes.
Very friendly and helpful staff!

Excellent breakast, very good location, nice staff.
First two nights were a bit warm in the room, because the air comditioner couldn’t cool down the room, but Valentina saved us offering another room.

I like that it was close to the center, The Villa was really beautiful, The staff kept it nice and clean
I liked everything but the bathroom needs a better shade

The deluxe suite view was amazing. If I would come back I’d stay there again. Me and my gf were in love with the views! Our balcony was huge overlooking the magical beach.
Maybe include more complimentary drinks since the room was pricey but so worth it!

The villa itself is really beautiful, the staff was helpful and friendly, the breakfast was amazing. The location is really convenient.
I wish I could give a higher rating to this hotel, but this is the only hotel of our whole 2 weeks trip where I couldn't sleep and felt really bad after staying there. The room (n22) that we were given was really dark and as soon as we entered we noticed a strong smell - a mix of moist (mold?), cigarettes, and a cheap air freshener. The smell didn't go away after opening the windows, however, plenty of mosquitos entered the room as there were no mosquito nets. The a/c was extremely noisy, plus the noise from the street didn't help. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable, that I had to go to a mattress store to buy a pillow for myself.
I understand it is subjective, but the design of the room is questionable, with this golden bed, huge nude paintings, omg. Such a shame, because the potential of this beautiful villa is huge. However, the room we got definitely didn't worth € 360 for 2 nights, I probably wouldn't agree to stay in that room even for free.

View was absolutely perfect
No proper cleaning sets. The one time shower/ shampo kits were hard to tear.
No cups/ wine glasses, even spoon. There were some plastic one but after first night they were taken away by the cleaning lady

Amazing atmosphere, breakfast is served in a beautiful garden and food is tasty, rooms are clean and bathroom is so comfy! All common areas are regularly cleaned and sanitized! Staff are very friendly and make sure your stay is smooth and relaxing. Location is perfect, right at the centre of everything but far enough away from the loud buzz of the evenings. 10/10 would recommend
Nothing I didn't like
