Great accomodation, my kid and family loves it so much especially the small courtyard.

we had a great stay and would probably go back if we go to Augusta

we loved the location just down the street from Augusta bakery which has great food. the Stoff were great, friendly . the rooms were very tidy

the shower head in our room, but when we told the staff they said they would get it replaced also the lighting could have been better as my wife has vision problems and needs well lit room

Disappointing

Location and bed.

No milk for coffee, awful TV reception, no soap or shampoo provided. The water in the shower was governed so much you couldn't have a proper shower.

Rip Off

Situated close to the centre and other amenities.

Everything was dated, including furniture, stove, microwave, showers, etc. The carpets were run down and stained. Bedding looked old and dirty. A small bar of soap was provided but didn't look new/unused. The hot water in one of the rooms had an external cable running through the back so the door couldn't be completely shut, causing security concerns. Fan didn't have oscillation, and a couple of switches didn't work. Booking.com needs to be more vigilant about the properties they advertise through their website as it affects their reputation as well.

no milk or creamers, no soap or gel for bathing. heating was not readily available and it was very cold. Long-life milk and some bathing gel in the shower room would have made my evening and early morning doable.

the location is great and the staff were just lovely

it is very dated and the ammenities were adequate. It needed a thorough clean, eg the fan, the drawers, the fly screens were all built up dust and grime.

Towels old and had holes. No soap. 1 coffee cup, no sugar. No decent glasses Awfully stained carpet as you enter
