This was my second stay in a month, really enjoyed staying there and hope to come back.

Fabulous and relaxing location, short walk to train station or town. Breakfast excellent

Maybe tea & coffee in the room. Shower a bit small.

Schönes Hotel mit Verbesserungspotential

Sehr schönes Hotel. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gute Lage. Direkt am Rhein

Sehr späte Check in Zeit. 17.00 Uhr. Im Badezimmer waren in der Dusche, im Waschbecken und auf dem Boden noch etliche Haare der Vorbewohnerin. Rührei und Speck beim Frühstück waren kalt.

A very pleasant stay in a comfortable hotel in a good location next to the River Rhine.

Comfy bed, huge room! Very good value nice breakfast eaten with a view of the Rhine. A pleasant stay.

Lovely light room with lots of windows but these could do with proper curtains rather than just net type window coverings. There are apartments opposite. We changed in the bathroom after dark as it felt rather public!!

Nice cozy room with an outstanding view to the river. This hotel feels like you are at your own home. The breakfast was good. The people at the reception were really polite! Thank you! We will come back soon, I hope for another visit in beautiful Koblens!

Absolutely loved it.

Everything. The location is good, the hotel has an old fashioned charm, the staff is lovely. I had a great view from my room, the breakfast is great at a very good price. They have a safe place to store bicycles. Absolutely loved it. It also seems to have great accessibility, for people with limited mobility, which is very good.

I would stay here again if I were returning to Koblenz

close to train station and on the river. Good views. Good breakfast. Easy walk to old town. Good heat in the room. We arrived in the rain and our clothes were soaked by the time we returned to the hotel in the evening. we were able to dry everything in the several radiators in the room.

A real surprise stay! A really lovely hotel with great staff and lovely rooms! It’s really a home away from home!

Great communications even before we arrived. Very friendly and helpful staff and great rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfasts very good! A really lovely and quiet location right on the river!

I cannot fault this stay - it was really lovely! Nothing was left to desire - 10/10

A very pleasant stay in a great location.

Location was excellent, with a Rhine boat stop right outside the door. Staff were very polite and friendly. We were allowed to leave our car slightly over the official time so that we could take the cable car to the Ehrenbreitstein fortress before continuing our journey south. Quality of room was first class: we got a mini-suite with a balcony view over the river. Furnishings are of excellent quality. Amazing value for money!

We discussed a better black-out in the bathroom (we like near-total darkness to sleep and the bedroom shutters provide this) and the manager said they would look into it in the winter. But this is a really niggling complaint. We'd be back in a flash.
