A good place to stop to rest and have a nice breakfast.

Breakfast was great, many options for a hotel. Room was comfortable.

Room was a very long walk from the main lobby and pool. Pool felt kind of gross, the chairs were very cheap.

It was wonderful and we felt really relaxed there.

It was abundant, well prepared and good. I was especially pleased with the Philadelphia Cream Cheese for the English muffins and the delicious hot chocolate since I don't drink coffee or tea. The service to return the lost boots one guest left is an excellent feature that will bring us back to Best Western accommodations. Your lost item has been reported to the Best Western Plus. Outstanding stay. Would certainly stay again!

Breakfast was outstanding and far exceeded expectations! The location was convenient and centrally located with easy ingress/egress.

Parking lot layout is tight and posed challenges to larger vehicles when full.

Didn't I book Best Western Plus?

Breakfast was great

Room and hallways were dirty. Dark ring in toilet,bathroom floor was dirty even had something that looked like bloody boogie on floor,shower was dirty as well. The hallway floor had trash all over and 4 or 5 dirty bedding piles. If i wasnt so tired from driving all day and it wasn't 8pm I'd have went somewhere eles. Worst branch I've ever stayed at.

Won’t return!

Poor quality in room. Carpets and tile deplorable. Walls in need of paint. Cable tv run into room left unpainted with spackle left in the white. ditto toilet supply. Bottom of bathtub extremely slippery, leaving facility open to damages if customers fall. C Complimentary breakfast outstanding. Coffee access very good. Desk clerks very personable and caring. Maid service good. Dogs in corridor barking and small children running in hallways Didn’t lend to restful stay.

this is the best hotel we stay at because they offer everything we like. It is always clean and new. We often travel this route with one of our grandchildren and the two beds with a king and queen is super. The breakfast is the best.

Very easy we won’t be back.

Not much. Place was filthy. The property is over built. Rooms are a country mile from the lobby area. Carts for luggage barely fit into the elevator.

Friendly staff

Pleasant staff. Helpful when needed.

Very noisy. Heard all hall traffic and the all night partying out side our window. Cleaning crew left a few unclean spots. Looked like someone spit on ac and it was not cleaned. Just not a clean smell. Dark rooms and no plugs. What about USB ports?? Update to keep up with changing times.

Perfect family room! Loved it!

We had an awesome room with a bunk bed that I would choose again and again if I could, traveling with my family. We loved it, and the beds were really comfortable. Nice toiletries in the rooms and very friendly staff too. Also appreciated the breakfast selection and that towels are provided at the pool.

It is not something that can be changed but the noise from the expressway is pretty loud. The windows have good soundproofing on them though!
