Beautiful location, The rooftop was lovely, staff were great. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.
The towels were minimal and damp, and the shower was TOTALLY cold, no hot water at all!

Basic but comfy. Good location. Travel desk was very efficient in helping us order a taxi for an early morning flight.
No water pressure to have a shower when we were leaving at 4am to catch a flight.

The guy working at the front desk during the day (sorry, I didn't catch his name) and Nancy working at the tour desk were great; wi-fi worked well in my room; large, well kept room; good location close to many shops, restaurants, and the main square
The hotel charged my credit card before I arrived and without my knowledge. When i asked the guy working the front desk in the evening to refund my money as I wanted to pay cash, he refused to fix the problem and didn't seem to care. I contacted booking.com and they agreed that the hotel shouldn't have done that. To make matters worse, they had a hardcopy of my credit card details sitting around behind the desk which if anybody had gotten hold of the information because of improper disposal or they saw the paper lying around with my credit card info, my credit card could have been stolen. All of this was brought up with Booking.com. Very poor customer service at this hotel and they don't seem to care about customer privacy. Think twice before booking at this place.

Location it's really close to everything and there is a bunch of places to eat around.
Bed were comfortable and room was clean.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
The views from the roof top were amazing.
The please is small but really charming.
The WIFI was complementary and really fast.
Walls were a bit thin can heard other guests. It wasn't a deal breaker for me but it might to others.
Bathroom had an odd layout. If you have a person that have mobility issues on your group the bathroom is going to be an issue.
The hotel had chairs on the hallways to chill but no chairs inside the rooms. It might be nice to have somewhere to seat inside the room other than the bed.

the location and building was nice
no wifi in the rooms, arrived on a friday evening and no option for food in the hotel restaurant (wasn’t open). staff at reception tried to rip us off for a shuttle to semuc champey over twice what it should cost. Not impressed would not return for these reasons as well the price for what we got for one night was not worth it at all!

nothing
they double billed me. I STAYED ONE NIGHT AND THEY BILLED ME FOR 2 AFTER I LEFT.

the room had a really bad smell, the bathroom didn’t have soap and it didn’t had any view to the outside
6.0
the only we liked was the central location and view from roofterrace
the beds were terrible - incl the linens/sheets.
also once you check out they actually don’t let you leave before they checked the room, which was a bit ridiculous. the bathrooms has signs all over that you’ll be charged if you stain the towels. weird, not sure what kind of people they normally get but yeah go else where for the value!

Location
Reception plays music starting at 8 am, very annoying. There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels. You can hear everything outside the room. Definitely not worth the cost.

20% surcharge if you pay by card at the hotel.
we saw 2 cockroaches 1 of of 4 days we stayed there. Wi-Fi not the best - good thing I bought a local SIM

You can't get a better location than this, around the corner from the arch and kitty-corner from the main park square, yet still quiet at night. Wonderful, helpful staff and a beautiful view from the roof where you can order delicious food and look out onto the city! I would definitely stay here again.
Nothing, it was exceptional!

There was a rooster right in the courtyard next door that crowed every morning from 3:30. That was very annoying.
