Nada esta muuuuuuuuuuuy sucio una Cantidad de polvo Pelos en las Camas osea ha sido el peor de mi Vida demasiado sucio ni calefaccion

No vale nada este hotel muy sucio queriamos calentar Leche para el bebe y no disponen ni de microndas

Top Unterkunft in der Stadtmitte. Modernes Zimmer in Economi-Austattung. Gerne immer wieder. Preis Leistung Note 2

Sehr freundlicher Service. Modernes Zimmer. Trotz Innenstadtlage - sehr leise. Beim Late-Check-Out kam man mir sehr entgegen.

Small, clean but some issues

Really good location, 15min walk to train station. Supermarket selling fresh produce right iposite the hotel, walking distance to all tourist spots. Room was small but clean. Bed was super comfy for a single

First day i arrived i had confirmation i could checkin in an hour early, but when i arrived at 1pm and point blank refused even though i showed the message for early checkin. The receptionist was a tad rude and didnt even crack a smile! Not friendly or approachable at all. 2nd receptionist was really nice and friendly, very helpful. Other thing was there was wifi but it wasnt password protected which made it difficult to use for work.

Location was good

Lobby was a mess, poorly lit and being used for hotel storage with mattresses, etc. My room had been recently refurbished but there was a smoking smell in it.

No breakfast? However, although it is in the photos, there was no kettle in the room, and they brought it when requested.location was very good

There was renovation in the hotel, it was not possible to sit in the lobby and the restaurant. There was renovation noise in the morning and eveningThe heating system of the room is weak, the heating of the bathroom does not work, I told them 2 times, but they did not.I also asked for a non-smoking room, but when I entered the room there was a smell of cigarettes and the window was open. By the way, there were ashtrays and cigarette butts on the balcony.

Dirty, Untidy, rude receptionist, Not welcoming at all.

Nothing.

The outside looked old and dated. Inside was dirty and the reception area was littered with building materials and pushbikes. The bar/lounge area was unhospitable as that was like a building site. Horrible hotel. We paid for a new hotel nearby.

Excellent value for money, obviously not a palace but for the price you pay it's very reasonable

Just don't go there

Water came out of the ceiling in the bathroom. The room smelled like someone was smoking inside. The room was not cleaned when we arrived. People at the reception took way too long for the check-in and were also unfriendly.

Do not book any room at Rhengold Hotel

nothing at all

dirty rooms, very strong smell of mold, broken sanitary ware, broken furniture and burned with cigarettes, mold was visible in all corners, dirty walls, the employees and the manager are indifferent to any complaint, they did not want to give us money back, they completely refused, It's a waste of money, you couldn't stay for 5 minutes, or sleep for a night, I looked for another hotel where I paid other money. I also ironically thank the booking.com team for not getting involved in getting my money back.

Horrible

Just the location.

Literally nothing. Where should I even start? Let's start with the unfriendly greetings from the receptionist. We even had to discuss with her about what we actually booked. The room looked horrible with marks of fight on bed frame. See pictures and decide. Never again. I don't know, how booking.com can be this ignorant?

The location is good, many restaurants and bars near this hotel.

When we arrived I had my doubts, the hallway to the room was horrible and it had a strange smell. It looked like it came out of a bad movie! Once entered the room I couldn’t get around the nasty smell of the bathroom. The whole room smelled like something was rotten. The lamps above the bed didn’t work and completely broken, layers and layers of dust. It was so horrible I booked a new hotel !!!!!

exceptionally good stay

Location is very convenient: near big supermarket, subway, streetcar and railway stations. Room is new like if it was renovated last week. Internet speed is incredible.
