Good and bad

The room is not bad especially on ground floor. Easily access for parents. The bed is good

The room doesn't have sound proof and so whatever the next room does, you can hear it clearly. The toilet is not so clean and rusty. Kind of like spoiled to see the toilet and also the toilet door lock is spoiled

A a spoiled experience due to a rude staff.

I booked the place for my parents, the only thing that I liked about the place is it being near to restaurants and cafes. Parking was easily available.

The Indian front desk needs some reality checks or should be educated on how he should engage with customers and especially older people. Will definitely not repeat the stay with this kind of attitude or service. Nobody, especially older people will not want to be treated rudely!

There are multiple pubs & restaurants nearby, therefore you are to expect loud music and crowd noises once in a while.

Dusty, no amenities, no toilet tissue initially, no brushing glass in toilet. Floor, bed, cups n plates dirty etc Room too small but expensive. In Sept 27th, I stayed in Pacific Express China Town hotel with more spacious room by RM80 only! I couldn't sleep whole the night due few hours of noisy made from my check-in time until around 4pm from disco n shop lot's people talking. Complained reception but he wanted me reporting police myself. But I insisted him do that, police came n talked, still got people keep on talking downstairs behind my room after police gone. Felt paid for expensive room but bad services n sleepless etc. Shower head water leaking caused inconvenient n wet during sitting on toilet bowl. Toilet bowl couldn't flushing, I just informed reception on next day 6.15pm unfortunately n lastly, but they came n fixed it, b4 it I needed to flushing it by outlet pipe. Complained the above-mentioned again to reception girl on next early morning but she really bad n scolded me with rude n loud over the phone ! Upon the checkout, she retained my check-in slip for their record, but the man told me just showing the slip without returning them upon claiming back my deposit n official receipt. I told them I definitely not stay there again even they give me by Complementary, for such a unprofessional, bad image n services give ! Thanks.
