Haulfryn is a welcoming, detached stone cottage on the outskirts of the village of Llangynog. The cottage has two double bedrooms, each with some en-suite facilities and beautiful views. Downstairs is a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area and a woodburner, plus a utility and a sitting room with a second woodburner set in an inglenook hearth. Outside are gardens to the front and rear with wonderful views across the Tanat Valley, as well as parking for two cars. Haulfryn offers easy access to walking, cycling and touring in this wonderful area of Powys.
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stoves. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV with FreeSat, DVD. Fuel, power and starter pack for stoves inc. in rent, further fuel available to purchase from owners. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars with additional free parking in lay-by across the road. Bike storage. Front sloping terraced lawns, rear decking with sloping terraced lawn and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, two pubs 7 mins walk. Note: Cottage is on B road and some road noise may be heard. Note: Terraced garden with drops. Note: Low doors due to age of property, take care. Note: Mobile signal is intermittent due to location.
