Passez votre chemin.

The view
It was dated, toilets were dreadful, not being cleaned properly for ages. Furniture old and damaged. Beds so uncomfortable that my back went into spasm and needed treatment while there. I ended up putting the sofa bed mattress on top of the bed. Poorly equipped in the kitchen, only two mugs, very blunt knives. Coffee machine didn’t work although they did replace it. Kitchen tap pressure very slow. Second bedroom had a very damp and mouldy wall. No basics like soap or cleaning cloths, dish cloths etc to wash up with. I had to ask for one clean as no service in the 28 nights I was there so had to wash my own towels and sheets but had to buy washing detergent. Stupid app door system which didn’t work properly. No warning that next to building site with constant machine noise. Swimming pool not heated so couldn’t use.

The view was fantastic, always possible to find parking
Lack of some important things

the balcony was hugh and the view incredible. The kitchen appliances were very good.
A few maintenance issues, sockets not working, 3 bulbs out. Door Locks temperamental, only 2 forks in cutlery draw, only 1 wine glass. If you are not up to date with technology avoid this property, we thought we had paid when booking, but were asked to pay on arrival which proved difficult as my bank wanted authorisation and I didn’t have the app. No staff onsite.

The main flat has a lovely terrasse with a big table and chairs, 4 deck chairs, parasol, and a great view of the sea and Los Gigantes over the rooftops of the town. Terrasse is sunny most of the day in December. The main flat is light and sunny as well. The flat is located at the last and top row of houses in Los Gigantes, right when you drive into town, which is handy when accessing it by car. Street parking was relatively easy to find close to the flat. Lidl Supermarket is right around the corner, and beach, harbour, restaurants etc. are within 15 minutes' walking distance. Good exercise to walk back up the hill to the flat. Bedside lamps are a major plus - and they worked! Kitchen with all machines - dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, stove top, oven, microwave and coffee machine. Great for cooking our Christmas meal. Right at the corner of the terrasse is a street lamp, which at Christmas is decorated with a large, lit-up Christmas decoration, adding ample brightness to our Christmas. Plenty of hot water in the one shower that worked. The flat was partly cleaned and the beds were made halfway during our week.
The flat is located on a main road into town, thus traffic noise day and night. Our flat, 1l, was one floor up from the street, so limited privacy on the terrasse - also from flats above. The description on booking.com did not clarify that we rented a studio flat with a bedroom and bathroom AND an adjacent en-suite bedroom with a separate entrance. These two units are not directly connected. If we wanted to maintain the normal flow of a family in and out of rooms, we had to leave both entrance doors wide open, enjoying the TV and cigarette smoke from the neighbouring flat. The main flat is good for 2 people, but we named the second bedroom the grotto. It is spacious, dark and gloomy with only one window opening onto the outside corridor and its noise. Dripping from the toilet upstairs was taken care of with ear plugs. Cleaning is so so. We cleaned the crockery and found a mouldy coffee filter in the coffee machine. The couch is manky and the bed in the second bedroom, although comfortable, smelled badly of old sweat. At IKEA we bought duvets, pillows and beddings along with extra cutlery and glasses for the kitchen, which is sparingly equipped. We were given a third cooking pot, lived without the electric kettle, but would have liked a few extra plates, bowls, a bread knife and a turner/spatula. The automatic app-linked locking system controls the street door and the studio flat door, but the second bedroom comes with a key. All doors lock automatically if closed. On the first day we locked ourselves out of the second bedroom with the key inside. When the owner, caretaker or whoever he was - never introduced himself - arrived, he scolded us, emphasising how far he had driven, and threatening to charge us for opening the door. When we later sent a message about the smelly bed, IKEA purchases, the dripping toilet, the faulty shower and the leaking water in the kitchen, we received no reply, although the toilet did stop dripping for half a night.

The view from balcony and there were lot of space in apartment. The stuff was very friendly and tried to solve our problems quickly. They gave us later check-out time when we asked and tried to help to get the airport taxi.
You could not lock the balcony doors. On every morning there started terribly construction noise from the building next to this apartment. Microwave oven did not work. We had salamanders in our room. Hoomvip application did not work all the time. On last day I got locked inside the apartment because the lock was broken. Toilets did not flush properly. Other shower gave only cold water and had no water pressure. Apartment was not clean. Beds were uncomfortable. It was not child friendly place at all. Pool had cold water.

The terrace has a nice view. Supermarket and good pizzeria nearby.
Unreliable WiFi, kept switching off. 2 bathrooms, one had shower without hot water while the other had a toilette that didn't flush. Plug on kitchen didn't work so had to plug coffee maker in living room. Microwave oven worked but its screen didn't. Balcony doors would not lock. Safety box on room but not available. Maintenance guy was supposed to come to sort things but didn't.

Just the terrace, but even there the electric plug was broken.. just avoid this place
You have to pass through one room to enter the second one. Dishwasher not working, swimming pool not usable (and no one told us before we arrived), ...

Terrific views from enormous terrace with large dining table, parasol and two sun loungers. Close to Lidl where you can buy fresh fruit/veg and great seafood (eg. €5 Dorado) to cook. Conchy was very helpful with our requests. Recommended!
Rooftop pool was very cold! Though this was in December and actually suited us well as a post-cycling icebath
