Passabel mit deutlich Luft nach oben.

Die Lage ist recht zentral. Man erreicht alle Innenstadtorte fußläufig, und man kann auch fußläufig kostenfrei parken (auf der Donauinsel). Der etwas umständliche Zugang ist der Lage in einem renovierten Altbau geschuldet. Das macht einen individuellen, charmanten Eindruck und sticht gegenüber ewiggleichen Standardapartments hervor. Für die Lage ist es auch recht ruhig, weil es keinen Durchgangsverkehr gibt. Zur Hofseite siehe unten.

Gemangelte und ungewaschen anmutende Bettwäsche lag durcheinander. Badematte und Händehandtuch fehlten, der Fußboden im unteren Schlafzimmer war schlecht geputzt. Wir baten um Abhilfe. Unser Gesprächspartner gerierte sich am Telefon ablehnend und wurde erst freundlich, als wir Bewertungsmöglichkeiten erwähnten. Zur verabredeten Zeit erschien niemand. Der Fußboden blieb ungereinigt, und Handtücher (keine Badematte) wurden während unserer Abwesenheit unten im Schrank abgelegt, wo wir sie erst bei Abreise fanden. Der Abluftventilator im Bad ist völlig mit Staub verstopft, eine Zuluftöffnung zum Bad fehlt. Das funktioniert auch nach einer (dringend notwendigen!) Reinigung des Schachts nicht. Die Küchenausstattung ist rudimentär, höflich ausgedrückt. So fehlen elementare Gegenstände wie Schneidebrett, Küchenmesser, Zitruspresse. Das Doppelbett im Dachgeschoß hat nur auf einer Seite Nachtisch und Beleuchtung. Die stoffbezogenen Kopfteile der Betten sind angeschmuddelt. Im unteren Schlafzimmer hing ein Steckdoseneinsatz halb aus der Wanddose. Kindersicher? Die riesige Sitzgarnitur im Dachgeschoß hat eine viel zu große Sitztiefe, viel zu niedrige Rückenlehnen und steht direkt unter der Dachschräge. Man kann darauf nur zurückgelehnt liegen, hat die Dachschräge direkt über dem Kopf und (teilweise kaputte) Leuchtstoffröhren direkt vor den Augen. Man stößt sich also den Kopf und wird dabei geblendet. Zusätzlich zu den beiden Doppelbetten sind drei der Sitzgarnitur-Elemente zu Betten ausziehbar. Für größere Familien o. ä. ist die Wohnung also geeignet. Die dazugehörigen Decken und Kissen allerdings verstopfen die Schränke. Die Fenster von Eßplatz und Dachgeschoß führen auf den an sich ruhigen Innenhof. Allerdings dient der auch dem Restaurant im Erdgeschoß als Betriebshof. Da werden schon mal geräuschvoll Lieferungen angenommen oder Abfälle entsorgt, und die organischen Abfälle können bis zu den höheren Geschossen hinauf stinken.

Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen

Die Lage war sensationell. Man ist direkt in der Stadt und kann fussläufig Regensburg erkunden. Besser geht nicht

Es war nahezu perfekt. Wir haben die Vermieter auf diverse klitzekleine Mängel hingewiesen, die aber hier nicht erwähnenswert sind.

Nice apartment, huge problem with Wi-Fi

an apartment is nice, warm and with all necessities.

The biggest problem was Wi-Fi. It didn’t work at all. I paid more than 350€ for 3 nights and no Wi-Fi. Mobile connection was working only in some spots of an apartment. Also, staff entered when we were absent, without a notice - personally it is unacceptable, cause I left my personal number for such cases to contact beforehand. The day before I was told that someone will come to check the router (17:00-19:00), I have been waiting for 3 hours and no one showed up. And again, without a notice that I shouldn’t wait. In general all experience turned out disappointing because our problem wasn’t solved for this money.

The unit was not that clean. Specifically, the kitchen had food scraps on top of the cabinets. This was undoubtedly from past guests who were "less than clean", and was not cleaned before we arrived. In all honesty, most cleaners would have missed this. Aside from this, which was just bad optics, the unit was clean. The manager was also very quick to respond via phone when we had difficulty getting into the unit as a result of our own unfamiliarity with the locking system that may be common to Germany. The location, temperature, quietness, and general comfort were all good. I would stay there again.

Adequate, with some problems

It is a spacious apartment, very comfortable for two couples. The location is good, not so far from the center. It is sufficiently equipped for a pleasant stay.

Several windows were broken and could not be closed properly. With a temperature of several degrees below zero, it was not the ideal situation.

I really liked the appartment: clean, enought space, full filled inside. Good location.

BUT! I'm absolutelly not satisfied with the fact I couldn't use the appartment as it should be. They use a digital lock to enter the appartment. So first time I opened everything very quickly and easy. But after I with my family wanted to go in the city in the evening to show my children Christmas market. We quickly returned, as we had forgot our bag there. Unfortunately, I could not open the door to the apartment. I called the contact number of apartments. I was told that it was great luck that someone answered me. After 45 minutes one guy comed. He tried to open the door but couldn't either. After another 45 minutes, another guy arrived, he, fortunately, opened the door. But he said NOT TO GO outside anymore, as there was NO guarantee that we will be able to enter the apartment again! As a result, my children 3 and 7 years old, my parents and I stood in the corridor for 1 hour and 30 minutes, got tired and, the most offensive, did not see the Christmas market for which I rented an apartment, since the next day we were leaving. So as you see - we haven't get what we paid for. Since we could not properly use the apartments. I asked them to pay me back part of the summ, but they didn't want to. I travell lot all around the world, and I have never seen such a bad attitude to the client. I will NOT recommend you this appartments for sure.

Very happy, great apartment. Brilliant service

Apartment was very central to centre and train station. Very comfortable, clean and great facilities in kitchen. Beds very comfy and loads of room in apartment. Would definitely recommend. Loads of space in apartment and plenty of storage in bedrooms. Will definitely be back again.

kitchen sink (and under) was smelly. Hob extractor was dirty (put filter plates in dishwasher before leaving). Sink and washbasin drains need attention. Washbasin plug is dirty. Internet was very unstable.

Attractive, comfortable and well located

Well equipped and furnished. Excellent location within easy walking distance of all the main attractions - and the railway station! Quirky layout in an old building was an added attraction. Good wi-fi signal - once we'd discovered how to reboot the router.

Rather feeble lighting, as in so many rental properties and hotel rooms these days. Nothing else really.

Spacious, in a good quiet location and in very good condition.

We stayed in the "Kepler" apartment and were very impressed. It is in a lovely old building but was in a very good and clean condition inside, with a modern bathroom. It was quite roomy - there was a living/dining and kitchen area and two good sized bedrooms, one of them up a spiral staircase. The kitchen was well equipped (apart from only having one rack in the oven) and had plenty of cutlery and plates etc. There was plenty of hot water for the shower and kitchen. The small dishwasher was particularly welcome (we were on holiday after all). Gettting in was by door codes so we didn't have to go to a reception (and it's as if everyone has their own keys). The location is good - near the Danube and in the old town. It's in a quiet area a short walk from most of the sights. It's less than 15 minutes walk from the railway station (and you can get a bus part of the way). There's a supermarket a few minutes walk away (but closed on a Sunday). We would happily stay here again. It's above a bar - that might make it noisy when it's open but it was closed for holidays while we were there. The old town in Regensburg is amazing - every time we walked through it we'd find something new to look at.

Minor points: Because the big bedroom is up a spiral staircase which comes through the floor there's no door, so you can't sit in the lounge area with the lights on without it disturbing people in the bedroom above. But the smaller bedroom has chairs to sit in. The apartment was up a flight of stairs (then down some more into the apartment) with no lift which might be a problem for some people.

Perfect location, spacious and clean apartment.

We stayed in this apartment for 2 nights, but this is the property where i would love to stay even longer! Everything was perfect! Apartment has a perfect location (old town), it is very spacious and was exceptionally clean. The beds and pillows are super comfortable, perfect shower, free tea and coffee! Very easy check-in and check-out - no keys, just a code which is very cool, because you can't loose a key :) This is the pace i would love to come back! Thank You! :)

Very good

Top location! The appartment is located in the old city center. The railway station is about 15min away by walk. It was clean and you can find everything needed. I missed only iron and some umbrellas in the appartment for urgent cases :) Communication with the host also was very good, i received all needed information.

We had a duplex for 5 days: - well equipped (kitchen includes) - very quiet in the night - perfect location, walking distance to the city centre - we had more than enough place for our family of 5 - comfortable beds

- no cleaning or changing of towels during 5 days
