Great appartment and friendly hosts

The appartment is brand new and have all you need for a great family holiday. The location is great, with a 10 min drive into dubrownic, but far enough so you get a local feel and avoid the crowded tourist heavy areas. The hosts we were friendly and accommodating.

Heerlijke vakantie in een prachtig huis.

Prachtig huis wat in perfecte staat is met keurig zwembad en prachtige buitenkeuken. Zeker een aanrader voor een vakantie dichtbij Dubrovnik.

Er viel eigenlijk niets tegen. Het huis is schoon en we konden zelfs na een late vlucht 's nachts het huis betreden. Echt een aanrader wanneer je in de buurt bent van Dubrovnik.

A little bit of luxury

The villa was spacious, modern and finished to a very high specification. We arrived late in the evening and Ivana, our host, had kindly left Food and drinks for us. The villa is set on a hillside overlooking Mokosica, which can be viewed by the poolside terrace. A beautiful villa.

The only possible downside is the location, as Mokosica is not a lively resort. However we were looking for something in a quiet location. The Old Town of Dubrovnik is easily accessible by bus, approximately 30 minute journey.

Breakfast on the balcony, following by trip to Dubrovnik, walk around Mokošica in evening followed by dinner and cooking

The property is in a great location - it overlooks the town, the main river and the mountains. In the evening it is lovely to sit in the balcony and enjoy these views. It easy to travel to with a regular bus. It is clean, very comfortable and great facilities such as the pool.

We liked everything.

The villa provides complete privacy. The pool/outdoor kitchen is superb. All rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and airconditioned.

Fantastic villa for a family holiday In beautiful Dubrovnik

The property was very comfortable , everything you needed has been thought about. The decor was modern and very clean , the beds were comfortable. The outdoor space was great - lovely view , shade , comfortable sun beds and the pool exceeded our expectations. The location is in a village - the local shops were good and the sea inlet and marina beautiful. We enjoyed the the church bells from the local church too. The bus is reliable and takes you into the old town. Everything we needed for a family holiday. Ivana the host was very helpful and responsive.

The hill from the bus stop to the villa - steep in the heat but worth it once you got there but you need to be able to walk. There is parking space if you have a car - we didn’t

Beautiful villa with stunning view! Very private and safe place to stay! Our stay was very comfortable as the place had everything we needed towels, sheets, washing machine, dishwasher and etc. We looked cooking bbqs and chilling by the private pool!

No air conditioning in the bedrooms but there are fans

The hosts were amazing, so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting the best of both worlds ie a quiet place with its own pool, coupled with real easy access via regular cheap bus service right into the heart of Dubrovnik!

Excellent villa within easy reach of Dubrovnik

This lovely, stylish villa was just as shown in the photographs and even exceeded our expectations! The layout was well designed and roomy, with extremely comfortable furnishings. All appliances were to a high specification throughout (we loved the ice maker in the fridge !) The villa was home from home and excellent value for money. The spa pool was a real treat and air con throughout kept us cool, even in 34 degree heat. Plenty of space for a family with 2 teenagers, although the villa could accommodate up to 6 people. Great to be able to choose whether to eat inside and out, with views over the estuary. The villa itself is located in Mokosica, a little village/suburb just outside Dubrovnik. A well stocked little supermarket is a few minutes drive or within walking distance and the bus into Dubrovnik runs every 15 minutes, pretty much round the clock, and takes you straight to Pile Gate in the centre of Dubrovnik. We had a hire car but used the bus as in Dubrovnik parking is hard to find. Villa comes with private parking space if you need it. Our hosts Zoran and Ivana were so welcoming and helpful, yet we had complete privacy. I would thoroughly recommend this villa for families or couples and would happily return again. Thank you for a fabulous stay 😃

A very well appointed villa, with an excellent attention to detail. The owners have thought of everything. The pool with the built in jacuzzi is an excellent touch.
