Topverblijf met zalige spa!

Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd! Heel lekker eten, mooie kamers, top view op de bergen, hele goede en nette spa en suuuupervriendelijk personeel!

Het was overal in het hotel te warm, ook op de kamers.

Check hotel rate before you book through Booking as they charged me 35% more than the hotel rate!!!

Booking.com charged me 35% above the hotel charge per night. Very disappointing :-( 3 weeks before the trip I was trying to check why and asked Booking.com to match the price with the actual resort price, but no comment and no one responses.

Lovely place and lovely staff.

The front desk staff was lovely and everyone provided friendly and professional service. The room was comfortable, the facilities great, the bike lending service useful. The buffet breakfast was splendid and the dinner buffet appropriate value for the money.

One must know that the hotel is on the outskirts of town and next to a key road. This is great for winter skying and people with cars. It is nevertheless very quiet.

Wonderful place within walking distance of town. They graciously allowed us to park our car there while doing a four day hiking trek and then an early check in in the day we got out of the mountains. Breakfast was amazing!

Superb

The location, the surroundings of the hotel, the view from the balcony, it is very quite and calm. The breakfast is very good with a lot of options, eggs, vegetables, fruits, cereal, nuts, cheese etc. The garden is very calm and relaxing. The spa is also good. And the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The room is big and comfortable.

Only one thing, the toilette is separate from the bath.

Extraordinary Hotel

Excellent breakfast variety, I looked forward to every morning for the breakfast! Hotel area and room is super clean. Very helpful and super friendly staffs. The wellness in the photos looks ages, but in reality it is very good, well maintained and always clean. The Almsauna in the garden is wonderful.

I have a allergic to something in the room, but all good after taking a med.

Very good

We loved our hotel room which was huge - we had the "romantic" room! It was good value compared to other properties in the area. The swimming pool and sauna were great and not busy. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the hotel too a couple of times which had lots of choices and was good food.

The hotel offered a free taxi to the nearby ski lift in the mornings (only until 10.30am). However, one of the days we had to wait 25 minutes for the taxi and there was no communication from the hotel to explain the delay. If we had known we would have happily gone and got the nearby bus rather than waiting so long for a 5 minute ride.

Nice comfortable hotel in buzzing Mayrhofen

Breakfast was really nice - we did not try the restaurant but it looked good.

The location is a bit far our of town. The shuttle stops at some point so you then have to walk. It is possible if you don't have to carry skis or have kids with you. The public bus also works.

comfortable and friendly

The property is only a short walk from ski bus, which was no drama, all the staff were really friendly and the food was amazing and all reasonably priced, to the point we never ate anywhere else. really big breakfast spread, which had something for everyone. would have no problem going back.

The only thing that I can grumble over is no kettle in the room, there was a coffee pod machine, but you got charged for each pod you used.

Superb hotel with great facilities

Cosy traditional hotel on the outskirts of town with excellent accommodating staff, comfortable clean rooms and great facilities including pool and spa. Brilliant for families with an awesome breakfast. Free ski shuttle to town whenever you need it. Taxi arrives within minutes. The restaurant food and service is top quality. My third time at this hotel and never disappointed.

Stingy old hut in the middle of nowhere for a premium rate

The room was huge, I guess appropriate for the rate. Good wifi. Nice view.

Everything was old, the building has no soundproofing so we could hear the party next door until midnight… But the kicker came the morning after. Since we were running late for our ski appointment due to sleeping laye due to the said party we wanted to finish our breakfast in our room. I was stopped by the staff member who told me I am not allowed to take bottled water back to the room and “what would happen if everyone took a water each”. Yeah lady, what would happen if everyone actually used the breakfast that they PAID for?! I was so flabbergasted I didn’t even say anything. I guess the hotel is on its last legs since they didn’t even include shampoo until we asked for it.I suppose a 2 euro water bottle is a big deal indeed when you charge 250 euro a night for the room. Why not just ration the food instead of having an open buffet? Oh I almost forgot, the bedsheets were… prickly. Like a sweater. Yeah.

True gem for alpine relax

I liked the whole “alpine Austrian village” vibe of the location. The room was spatious, with generous balcony with picturesque view on the mountains. Likewise, spa & wellness area offered three saunas, one of which was located in the hotel backyard (mountain view again) in a small wooden hut. Marvellous! Breakfast was very rich with nice assertion of cold cuts, eggs and great selection from the bakery. I appeciated coffee machine in our room too. We tried hotel cuisine for ala carte dinner too and we were not left hungry - if you don’t fancy going out for dinner (15 min walk to the centre), you can eat fresh and big here. parking was right in front of the hotel, ski room very close and well connected with the rest of the hotel. I would definitely come here again!

One could say the hotel is located further from the centre and few min walking distance, which is both not seats very convenient. On the contrary, when we travelled to Hintertux Glacier, the hotel parking is at the town exit, so we could actually spare some minutes. Additionally, we would appreciate a warm buffet dinner option, which would be ideal after whole day skiing. Maybe it was due to the low number of guests accommodated at the time of our visit.

Great stay for families with kids offering delicious food

Food! We loved the homemade bakery and pastry. Dinners were fantastic. We really appreciated the playground for kids while we were enjoying our dinner. Sauna was great and swimming pool that had movable roof was a nice treat. The hotel was clean. Our family room was spacious with comfortable beds offering rather hard (which we like) mattresses. Big garden, quiet spot, 15 min walk to the city centre. The staff was super nice and helpful with tips what to visit around.

The swimming pool could have been warmer but as the staff said they didn't expect such cold weather in summer.

Tradition meets comfort

Amazing location, FANTASTIC breakfast, surroundings indescribable, spacious room, super friendly staff!!! (You don’t feel like just a bank card), very nice wellness facilities, great bike rental… can’t stop praising this gorgeous hotel. Worth every penny you spend here. Will definitely visit again, probably in the winter. Thank you!
