Habitación excelente

La habitación, éramos 5 y era como un apartamento con 3 habitaciones, 2 baños, salón y cocina, aunque para cocinar había que pagar un suplemento. Camas muy cómodas y todo muy limpio.

Publicitaban una oferta en comidas y cenas y no nos la aplicaron en el ticket. También en las bebidas mientras veías el fútbol y tampoco la aplicaban. Al final nos compensaron los desayunos, pero si no nos damos cuenta… nos dió la sensación que si cuela cuela. Eso sí, el personal muy amable.

Great hotel in a good location in Pinto

Great hotel in Pinto. Good sized room and bathroom. Mall at the side is great to buy groceries and the park at the other side is very nice 👌

Outdated and overpriced.

Good location, near a shopping mall and not far from shops and Coffey shops.

Furniture is outdated, sinks and taps are very old and difficult to regulate. The mattress felt old. Breakfast options are average. No fresh orange juice and they didn't even had proper cups this morning. We had to use paper cups. This please is not worth the money we paid for two nights.

The staff where really helpful.

There was an awful smell of surage in the room. Even when we had the big window opened. It wasn't even coming from the toilet.

Perfect breakfast and very large and clean room (4 rooms in total - beadroom, living room, kitchen and toilet)

Good hotel not far from the motorway located in a very busy area.

Room was large overlooking an internal and quiet courtyard. Bed very comfortable. Unusually we had breakfast which was quite good.

Disappointing

4 star hotel without toiletries kit (no soap bar, no shower cap) only wall mounted hand gel ond shampoo. No bag for laundry, only given on request. Breakfast with only disposable cutlery, so impossible to cut bread or peel fruits (note to manegement: covid virus doesn't survive the dishwasher). the wifi coverage was bad in one of the rooms. In one day the room was not done when we came back at 5 pm.

It was great for our intended purpose

Booked this hotel to get close to Warner Brothers theme park, so was close enough

There could have been more choice at the breakfast, also it was luke warm.

Passable

Room was very spacious and very comfortable ( bit of a drain smell In the bathroom)

The food and service in the restaurant, ravioli was tough and dry, my partner ordered a hamburger ( in Spanish,) and was delivered a fatty piece of steak and chips ( a more expensive meal) we were tired and hungry so just accepted it, waiter was more interested in chatting up some girls on another table .
