Room is okay, But air condition is not working at all, Lift also under maintenance. I have to carry my luggage by stair case.
Loation and easy access to metro station.

I didn't like it.
The hotel was very old. Rooms were very bad 👎, bathroom was badly cleaned. the rooms smelled musty.

Room needs renovating, new bed frame, carpet to be fitted in, and room needs to be painted as well
The state of the room and bed frame needs to be improved

Good value for money. It's close to the Metro and it's easy to get around. Clean even if the standard is low here.
Only a couple of the staff speaks English. Very run-down but you get what you pay for.

The service was great and next to public transport

first time in such conditions. The hotel is old and needs renovation. very damp and cold. there were no towels upon check-in, we lay down to rest, the cleaning lady entered without knocking. Taking advantage of the moment, I asked for towels. two hangers for two, no shampoo, gel, hair dryer!!

The guy that works at night was really polite, we had a problem with our card and he fixed it really fast.
As soon as I entered the room I smelled mold... We found out that bathroom's walls were covered in mold (photo attached) and the smell was so strong that I had to wear a face mask to fall asleep. The air dryer wasn't working and there was dust all over the room... It was like no one opened that room for ages.

Staff were mostly friendly, location was fine for lower -end budget.
Rooms were super-dated and in disrepair. We changed rooms twice and finally left the hotel early due to rat and then bedbugs in rooms. Recommend don't stay here until they've fixed up a lot.

Great location in relation to Metro. Not directly on the main bvd and pretty quiet. My room 203 was clean, quiet and had a nice view of back of the hotel giving onto trees and residential area. Linens were clean. The bed was firm and comfortable. Wifi worked fine. The price was right, for me. Young man at reception was polite but totally helpless to really do anything other than explain why certain things didnt function well.
The curtain to hide the light from the window was way too long and went over the little bit of table that was there. The light in the bathroom was very low quality and gave a lugubrious atmosphere. The plumbing was - folklorique.
Very little water pressure and consequently it took several minutes to refill the toilet before a 2d flush. Also, when I went to take a shower on Sun. morning - very little pressure for the shower. But the Hot water DID work. The hand lock inside of my room did not work. Only the electric lock and key card.
