We liked very much Reggio Emilia with its active piazza (movies and music at night).

This comfortable hotel is in the old center of Reggio Emilia very close to the central piazza. The breakfast was very good and the staff was professional and helpful. The hotel has its own paid parking garage.

Hotel is in the heart of the city center, the room was spacious and clean

not very happy with the breakast, I asked a scrumbled egg and I've been told they couldn't do it. Not so many savoury food offered, if you consider it's a 4 stars hotel it could have been much better than it is

La posizione è perfetta per visitare il centro città. Il posteggio coperto è comodissimo. Le stanze sono ampie, pulite. La camera molto silenziosa. Colazione abbondante e varia.

Quaint hotel with excellent service

Location was good. Breakfast had a wide variety of Italian options. The front desk was always very willing to help. I was very impressed with the customer service.

The beds are very uncomfortable. Ours was large, but very hard.

Very good breakfast, central location

Very classy interior, probably the best breakfast selection I had in Italy so far. Right in the city center, about a 20 minute walk from the station. Classy interior in a traditional building. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to a friend.

The bed was a bit small and not the most comfortable.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Plenty of nice restaurants near the hotel. Very good breakfast.

I asked the property about the private parking, but they did not answer whether I can use it. There's a free public parking available outside of the city centre (15 min walk, Parcheggio cecati).

Cosy hotell in a very central location, 10 meter to the main square and a walk everywhere in the city. Breakfast was superb italian style, I only missed my scrambled eggs. I could even get my tea at the reception in the evening ! The room was big with a double bed and TV, very clean and comfortable, even with a small separate working space!

Only a wool blanket which in February is not enough, it was cold in the room and I used 3 of them. Why not offer a down duvet when it is freezingly cold outside ?

Great cost-benefit, ideal for a short stay.

Excellent location, within walking distance from the train station, restaurants and the main sights. The personnel were always willing to help and knew the right information, even thought not all of them spoke English. The room and bed were enormous.

No acoustic isolation. I'm not a light sleeper, so it didn't matter much, but we could hear the music from an outdoor performance in the main square a block away. The pillow was quite thin, so if you're a side sleeper, you may wake up with a cramped neck.

The location in the old town is excellent. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The accommodation was generous and clean.

Nice location, very central, spacious room

Only 1 socket where we could charge phones/laptops is located in … the bathroom! (( Room photos from booking site were wrong, so what we got was a different room. No coffee machine or tea on the room. No slippers. All in all an average experience at best.
