Great accomodation on tilos

Rooms were large well equipped and very clean,the owners were very helpful and friendly ,the location was excellent a little out of the village with great views and lots of outside space.

Lovely apartments in a beautiful secluded location

Beautifully proportioned, spotlessly clean apartments in Tilos. We had a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains. The room was huge and had everything we needed, including lovely extras like a drying rack with pegs on the balcony :) Minutes from the sea and the main town but in a really nice secluded location with lovely grounds. We enjoyed exploring the island by foot and using the cool electric bus which is super regular. Finally our host Nikos picked us up and dropped us at the ferry - at 3:45am!!! We felt awful but apparently he was picking others up… This is Greek hospitality at its finest and we felt part of the family by the time we left. We would return to Tilos in a heart beat and wouldn’t stay anywhere but Tilos Fantasy. Thank you Nikos and Katerina. Oh and my husband loved the really good Wi-Fi !

It was very clean, quite and well furnished with an amazing view. Location was very close to the beach around 5 min walk distance.

Bed and air conditioner were a little bit noisy but not a big problem.

Very nice and quiet place

Location, just outside the centre. Quiet. Nice view. Big and very clean room. Lots of hot water. Nice and helpful staff. I was picked up when I arrived and they wanted to drive me to the port when I left

Exceptional

Communication before with Nikos was very good . Easy walk from livadia beach. Our studio was spacious ,clean and comfy . Good kitchen area to make your own breakfast etc . Shower is very good and actually has a hook on the wall . Wifi is super fast . The balcony was great to sit and watch the view Nikos was always around to help with anything we asked . There are lovely shops and restaurants to walk to near by . It was so good we stayed for two more nights . Greece at its best would love to come again .

Relaxing place in Tilos

It’s definitely a great place to stay in Tilos. The studios are spacious and clean, beds are comfortable and the whole place is quiet. Above all the people running it are just too kind and available 24/7 to help with anything you may need.

Absolutely fabulous.

Nicholas the owner could not have done anymore for us. Picked us up and dropped us off at the port. Free push bikes. Room cleaned every day. Highly recommended. 10 out of 10.

Very clean and everything was presented perfectly. Super-comfortable beds. Lovely finishing touches. The hosts were very helpful and generous with their hospitality without being too attentive - a perfect combination.

Exceptional stay in the most comfortable and spotlessly clean apartments ever!

An exceptional place to stay on Tilos. The apartment was fully equipped and absolutely spotless. Bedsheets were changed daily and everything was cleaned daily too. This is the cleanest and most comfortable stay I have had on holiday. The owners went completely above and beyond to make us welcome and met us at the port for transfer there and back. Katrina pointed out all of the local amenities (which was useful) and treated us to ouzo and BBQ food to celebrate their sons birthday. We truly do recommend staying with Nicholas, Katrina and Irene at their lovely apartments in Livadia - you will not be disappointed!

We loved everything about Tilos apart from the restaurant Michalis which we would not recommend under any circumstances. Every other place we ate at provided excellent food and customer service. Our favourite was Armenon.

Exceptional

The rooms are quite large and give you everything you need for the price. While it is a "little out of town" -- a 3-minute walk to the center of Lavidia -- it is very easy to get to the main square and the village beach. The owner, Nicholas, met me at the ferry to drive me to the hotel and then brought my bags to me at the ferry when I left as I departed at 7 at night, that way I got to spend every last minute soaking in the glory of the island. Nicholas is very kind and helpful -- even grabbed my beach shoes for me that I had forgotten. Tilos is a gem and Tilos Fantasy was a great home on the island!

A heavier blanket would have been great! I like to sleep with the aircon blasting and I got a bit chilly. Small potatoes, really.

Large, sunny studio a 5-minute walk from the town

A lovely, sunny, very spacious room with a little balcony from where we could see the sun rise behind the mountain! It's located a short walk from Livadia beach and the town, at a quiet location with a beautiful garden. As we travel with our own car, the private parking was a big plus. Will definitely stay there again if I ever go back to Tilos!

Super smooth check in. Pick up from the ferry port. Even a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge. Host speaks English, Greek and French perfectly. Great apartment. Great price. Super clean. Hosts were always available. Free bicycle. Close to center and beach.

Superb

Very good accommodation in the port of Tilos(Livadia) with spacious rooms offering a wonderful view at the Livadia Bay. Would recommend it for either couples or families

Really nice room,had everything I needed plus nice view. The location is perfect, close to everything. People were so helpful ,polite and discreet. I really enjoyed my stay and want to come back!

Great room, spacious and value for money. Very clean and with everything working perfectly. Nice location. Host was very friendly and even provided car transfer from-to the port even though it was close.

Everything was above and beyond. A bit small tv but not an actual problem.

I really enjoyed my stay because it delivered what I wanted and the staff were attentive to my needs

The setting is on the western edge of Livadia village, up against the slopes of the local mountain side. This makes for peace and quiet (all you can hear is the breeze and bird song most of the time). The beach is only 8 minutes walk away, the local bar grill, bakery and butchers 5 minutes away, and local mini supermarket 6 minutes away. The beach and lots of local tavernas and bars run around the edge of the bay. Nicos answered all questions and went the extra mile to help solve travel questions regarding my return travel to Rhodes. Thanks Nicos and your family!

welcoming, friendly and helpful and involved family

the owner and his family were very friendly and helpful. we enjoyed the welcome and the stay. they picked us up and brought us to the port and during the stay there were free bicycles. nothing was too much, very helpful family!!
