Para dormir apenas está muito bom.

Quarto espaçoso, limpo.

Check in totalmente digital, deram-me o código errado. Por esse motivo, não consegui entrar no hotel, não tinham nenhum funcionário na receção para auxiliar. Enviei mensagem pela aplicação, não tive qualquer resposta. Demorei mais de 30 minutos para resolver a situação por chamada. De referir, nesse dia estavam mais de 35 graus, e ficamos do lado de fora do hotel até nós ser dado um novo código. A receção não funciona . O bar / restaurante do hotel encerrado domingo e segunda-feira. Nos restantes dias, encerrado no período da manhã. Durante a estadia , vi apenas duas funcionárias da limpeza, muito simpáticas e disponíveis.

Mejor olvidarse de ir a Caldes.

Tan solo que la habitación estaba limpia.

El sistema de recepción virtual un desastre, los códigos apertura de puerta entrada no funcionaron, en un principio pudimos entrar en lo que sería la recepción porque unos clientes desde el interior nos abrieron, al llegar a la puerta de la habitación tampoco funcionó la clave de acceso. Decir que a esos mismos clientes que nos abrieron la puerta principal y otros que llegaron en esos mismos momentos tampoco les funcionaron las claves, total un desastre. avisar que se deben pedir con mucha antelación si quieres usar las instalciones, sino te quedas tirado.

Fatal, prestad atención, no es hotel con servicio

Ubicación céntrica

No es un hotel con servicios del hotel. Es sitio para dormir. No hay personal, no hay servicio, no hay atención. SOLOS sin ninguna ayuda . Cuando llegas, no hay ni dios, y si no encuentras buena gente que te ayude, tú te quedas solo ante una puerta cerrada y un WhatsApp de no contestan y un email para escribir . A esto no llaman «hotel”.

Décevant la gestion des réservations et la direction !!

Le prix de la chambre était extrêmement chère sans petit déjeuner et déplacé dans un autre hôtel! J’ai effectué une réservation à Villa de Caldas et ils m’ont déplacé pour une chambre à l’autre hôtel à 10 minutes à pied. J’avais déjà pris un parking Attention : Les personnes qui gère cet établissement ne sont pas du tout commerciale et ne sont pas du tout a l’écoute des éventuels imprévue !! En 2021 J’avais eu un imprévue ou j’avais demandé si je pouvais annulé la réservation, ils ont refusé. Je suis un client fidèle depuis 20 ans et je trouve décevant ce traitement de la part de la direction.

Lovely room; a lot of space, very relaxing, with a very big tub. Staff were lovely too.

The perfect place to relax in a fantastic location. Very satisfied.

For its location, it was great value for money. The weather was rather cold and grey but I can imagine that the little courtyard in front of the hotel is a great place to be in the evenings.

Just a little underwhelmed by the general ambience in the Spa facilities, although again it was not overpriced.

Great value, comfortable and well-located

Staff were very kind, especially the lady with short hair. We were allowed to check-in earlier than we were supposed to, which we're very thankful for. The hotel is very quiet at night and we got a great night sleep. It is very well located, merely a 10 minute walk from the town hall and touristic places. It wasn't our first stay in this hotel and we will definitely be returning again soon.

On the whole we enjoyed the stay

The room was very nice and airy. The staff were helpful.

The bar and outside terrace in the hotel was very noisy until 2am. Although advertised the pool and terrace was closed and the water green.

Sound isolation between rooms is lacking, beds could be more comfortable.

Exceptional

First of all, the smal city is amazing. Its so quite and peacefull. And the hotel is amazing as well. The rooms are large and with climatization. The staff is friendly and helpfull and the history behind the city and the hotel it surrounds you at every corner. Nice reustaurant and vintage terrace in fron of the hotel with affordable and excuisite food. Come here and you wont't regret it!

Everything it was as it was suposed to be. No dislikes!

Disappointing

Hotel was clean with comfortable beds, the two staff members I came across nriefly were helpful. I checked in online (which was handy) so took 5 mins to check in.

No facilities where open during our stay, I expected a Spa experience but could not get so much as a cold drink in the hotel. Limited staff on the premises, it felt like an apartment stay with no cooking facilities. We had to go to the sister hotel to pay and check out.

Great location, but zero facilities.

Location and staff were great.

Pool, spa facilities and restaurant were all closed. Only option was to use facilities at a separate hotel. Parking in the town is terrible.

OKish - hotel not so bad it stopped enjoying our break but wouldnt stay again

The waitress at breakfast was was lovely. Bedroom was a decent size

Lots of little things that weren't done very well. We were too hot in the room and couldn't turn the heating down. The cups in the bedrooms for tea/coffee were tiny. The tea bags and coffee sachets weren't replenished, neither were the toiletries in the bathroom. The dirty towels weren't taken away although we were given new ones. The lighting in the rooms was insufficient. There was no comfy lounge or decent place to sit and relax ( may not be a problem in summer if chairs are put out in garden). No flexibility on when we could visit the spa on our package - spa was tiny. Hotel characterless
