Comfortable room in very pleasant surroundings. Easy access to neighbouring villages.
Restaurant not on site, about 1/5 mile away. We did not actually use the restaurant as the muni was very truffle biased. Reception, when open, lacked information on the area.

The location was beautiful. The room was comfortable and clean.
The breakfast was very disappointing. Our room was next to a dog kennel that was loud.

A beautiful property in a great location. Ideal to relax for a few days. The rooms in the historic part of the property are very small and unfortunately also somewhat loveless and rather tasteless furnished, here you could make much more out of it. For our spontaneous extra day, we were kindly upgraded to a nice big room in a new building. The operating family and the staff were all very friendly and nice.
The absolute drawback from our point of view was the restaurant. We really can't explain why it is praised in some comments. We had a booking including dinner. On the first evening we had a menu, which was still ok. Unfortunately without any fortune or taste speciality. The chef was totally dedicated to the truffle, but from our point of view lost all the finesse of French cuisine. The ambience and the dishes are overlaid with truffle - a pity. On the second evening, and I'm sorry to say this, we had the worst meal of our two-week tour of France. Any flavor was overlaid with truffle. Very sad - a combination of nice accommodation and good restaurant would have been great, especially since other restaurants tend to be found further away.

the place is magic, the dinner was tasty,
everything was so cool, they don’t speak English, but they want to help you

Very convenient location for exploring the area, small range of breakfast options plus coffee/tea included, plenty of onsite parking. After an issue with our original room on 1st night the staff moved us to a new room without hesitation, which was greatly appreciated. Can’t thank the staff enough for this!
No wifi and 3G/4G reception isn’t great. Would have loved a fan or air conditioning as there was a bit of noise from other guests with the window open. Also would have loved good coffee/coffee mugs in our room.

location, scenery, breakfast was nice
no AC, too many wasps, no windows in apts, pots and pans could have been washed properly, no bin in apartments

Clean, view and location
No AC but not so important at this location since its not hot and we could do without

we stayed in the Superior room with Terrace, which was absolutely amazing, separated from the other rooms and near the farm with sheep, horse and the famous Truffle dogs!
Personnel was very friendly, we DID receive a receipt (unlike what is said in other comments), and the dinner at the restaurant was a once in a lifetime experience- take the fixed menu meal!
No WiFi in the room (vaguely mentioned during the reservation process) and very limited internet network access, which is a shame (and advised to be fixed). Payment in cash only (mentioned at every stage of the reservation and check-in). Breakfast was very humble.

Nothing much
Dark and dingy room
Massive party with extremely loud music until the early hours of the more. No warning, no respect, no apology!!! We had zero sleep the entire night!

The place is amazing, quiet, romantic, and the owners care to maintain cosy, charming decoration, in a style of old french mansion. The sweet part of the breakfast , taken by the pool or in the garden, is excellent, with home-made products.
Rooms in the main house seem to be no longer available for rent and those of the dependance are small and poorly illuminated. Bathrooms are cosy but need some increase in functionality (light, shower screen/cabin, air ventilation). Refusal of credit or debit cards for payments is nowadays inacceptable for such a Professional establishment.

The room was very nice and the breakfast pleasant
We were very surprised they did not take credit card. For accommodation at this price this is a disappointment as we had to drive 10miles out of our way to get cash.
