The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day. The air con and fridge added to the comfort. The beach and bars were only a few minutes walk. I would recommend this to family and friends. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sun.

There wasn't anything that I could complain about

The price of room was very reasonable and the room exceeded expectation. Good host. Very clean.

Abit noisy on the street

Location is good, near the beach with some restaurants nearby. We had a little balcony where we could sit which was nice. Check-in/check-out was easy and the lady was friendly. The room was small and basic but it was clean and was fine for us.

The headboard! It's a bit annoying as you forget it is there and bang your head. I'd get rid of them if it was me.

Very well located, really close to the beach and to the restaurants area. So inviting for an evening walk. Very clean and the staff were very kind.

It was very difficult to find a space for parking. The hotel doesn’t have parking lot, so you have to park in the street and it’s always full.

The place needs a complete re vamp, very tired! I don’t like the Spanish mini baths with showers in, dangerous! The shower was hard to control, and you could never have a bath properly unless you were a midget! Wi-fi went down at midnight Sat. Added password 2/3 times on my fone and iPad, no luck! Reported the same, said they’d sort it, they never did! I mentioned it on leaving, just shrugged their shoulders! No wi-fi isn’t the end of the world but if you advertise free wi-fi, it should work, some people need it for different reasons! I’m not normally this critical, but sometimes I tell it as I see it, you may like the place! It’s cheap, that’s all, no wonder!

The typical Murcian breakfast -. coffee with milk or orange juice and toast with tomato puree and olive oil - a must.

Hotel was quite traditional and super clean. The owner......charming. 30 seconds and we were on the sea front. This is a 'must' stopover for aviation enthusiasts. Opposite the hotel is the Spanish Air Force Training Academy and airport. Also a museum there.

Noisy english guests. Nothing to do with the hotel but you can always rely on english teenagers to behave so disrespectful!!
