3.8
The food was not on par with last time I stayed there , gone down in quality.
The food could be a lot better . Staff on the whole pretty miserable
3.8

Stayed one entire week in July and it was amazing! The weather was so hot.
There are 2 pools and both are really nice. The water was so warm, loved it. One pool has music all day which was great and the other does not, which is amazing for people who want to just not hear anything.
The rooms are also good. Every day the cleaners would come in and clean, give fresh towels, etc. They were very friendly. They didn't inform us that the air conditioner only works when the window is closed, which we initially assumed was broken. Never encountered such design.
The food was good, but I think the variety could be better.
The all-inclusive option just gives you access to drinks and a snack bar opened all day with some fries, croissants, hot dogs, hamburgers, fruit and not a lot more. If you are not much of a drinker or eat a lot of food, then it's not worth to pay more for this. You will most likely be full all day if you take advantage of the breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The staff was amazing, everybody was so nice, friendly and always smiling.
And the best thing was the entertainment. The entertainment team was the best! They put on a dancing show on Friday (our last day) and I think was amazing! They dance so well and it shows that they love to do what they do. I would genuinely come here again just to see them perform.
Also throughout the day, there were so many activities both for adults as for kids, which was great. I can only describe the environment in the hotel as a happy, relaxing and party place.
I also want to shout out again at the people on the entertainment team, I don't remember all their names but they were all amazing people and dancers. I remember Peter, Xavier (I think) and the girls. They were really the best thing about our staying here.

The pool was brilliant and the location was fantastic right on the beach. The entertainment people were lovely especially jose the one who runs the entertainment facilities
The plates glasses and cutlery were very dirty that was the only downfall of this holiday. Everytime sat down for breakfast and dinner had to keep checking the appliances. Definitely need upgrade the dishwasher and double check. nothing worse than having dirty plates and glasses

great place, with delicious breakfasts and nice swimming, just next to the beach, fantastic location close to the restaurants and chiringuitos
quite busy elevators, plenty of people accessing them in the rush hours, loud music playing all the night, difficult to focus or relax in the room

Hotel is in a great position on the promenade and beach. Staff are generally pleasant, Irina in the night bar and the girl and guy on recpetion, checking in . Drinks are generous and there's a self service wine and soft drinks station in the restaurant, with the wine being pleasant. I enjoyed watching the entertainment - flamenco and spanish singing and dancing. Nice rooms with good views. Potential to be a great hotel, if they sort the food choices at lunch and dinner.
The choice of food in the restaurant was very disappointing in relation to the main courses, for lunch and dinner. There is 1 fish choice, (I'm not a fish fan), and 1 meat choice, which wasn't good enough and the worst choice I've come across in 30 yrs of travelling and doing all inclusive, many of which were in a lot cheaper hotels. For example the meat choice at dinner on one evening was chicken wings. Not the meaty drum stick type, the boney wing triangles. I've always had wings as a starter, not a main. If it had of been a mixture of drumsticks and wings, it would have been better, but just meatless wings. We were there 4 nights so didn't take a chance with our last night and ate out. On other dinner and lunch days there were chicken thighs, pig cheeks, thin sliced chicken, thin sliced pork -all these as single items along with a fish choice, so not The Ritz. It's the first time in an all inclusive, as a usually easily pleased meat eater, I haven't been able to enjoy something in the meat department, such as the wings and pig cheeks. The salad bar was fine and desserts were acceptable, if you've a sweet tooth. I would prefer to pay a few extra euro per night and have something other than the cheapest that money can buy. I'm sure the staff work incredibly hard and my criticisim is not of them. I actually really like the hotel and staff so am loath to leave negative commentary, but they obviously need more money to produce more choice and variety. I've been reading other reviews since home and there are a lot of reviews mentioning the food situation, which elicits a management reply of so many people say the food is a highlight, which is not the case. If you've kids there is nothing resembling a proper kids section, to put you on warning, boiled tinned sausages was all I saw. No chicken nuggets, pizza etc.

view from the room... not much else.
where do I start.. food from the 80s, Luke warm and tasteless. awful bar area, most facilities closed, all inclusive should translate to more than 20% inclusive, worst coffee ever served (worse than instant) zero facilities in the rooms including no water, 50% of games in the games room didn't work and just took our money (front desk 'had no access'), food seemed perpetually empty due to the volume of people, and yet it was a quiet period that didn't warrant opening one of the additional bars or even a swimming pool (must have been the awful 25 degree plus weather), extortionate prices for anything not included in the all inclusive menu which meant it was cheaper going to the spar over the road. for a bottle of wine, and I won't mention that the main area which had the only open bar looked like a cruise liner from the 50s. Glad they have the good drain unblocker wine for the all inclusive guests though.

Great hotel for family's. Brilliant adult and kids pool. Small playground on site. Plenty activities throughout the day. Right on beach and lots or resturants nearby. Drinks good but all inclusive residents defo got better treatment.
2 bed suite. 1 room didn't have a door. Had to put baby in other room so we were left with smaller bed. Room that had door was near impossible to open close. Very loud at night. Combined after 1st night and was told it was the quietest room which I think is very bizarre. We only had bnb breakfast was fine but very repetitive. Feedback from lunch and dinner not good. Kitchenette in rooms have nothing. Not even a knife and fork or a single plate

Our room was comfortable and cleaned daily. A nice sea view and direct access to the paseo was a bonus .
Having to queue for 45 minutes to check in, having to queue at times for 15 minutes to get a drink at the bar, and the lack of available tables in the restaurant .
The hotel must have been at or close to full occupancy but the main lounge/ bar area was closed during our stay, the only option to get drinks was at the pool bar which could only accommodate probably 100-150 quests and there were just 2 or 3 bar staff available to serve at this location.
The few staff that were available both in reception and in the pool bar did their best but they need help.
Not sure if this is a company policy to discourage quests on an all inclusive basis to leave the hotel in search of refreshments but at times it was the only option available .
The restaurant is chaos at peak times, guests queue outside and then once inside it’s pot luck if you can find a vacant table, we watched quests with plates of food wondering around looking for somewhere to sit .
I cannot fault the available staff. they were both friendly and helpful but there is just to few of them to cope with the number of quests

Pool area and location .
Crazy busy place in August millions of children and family’s . The buffet style food area were a bit like the hunger games at peak times . Rooms are very dated but clean . We booked a sea view ,would have had to hang off the balcony by our toes to see the sea in the first room we were given ( we did get moved after a bit of a fuss )The staff were very good but stressed to heck . Fab pool area and near to everything .
