You should find a way where trays are not on the floor outside of guest room. That takes away from your 4 star

Staff friendly and polite, hotel pleasing to the eye but spoilt by being over charged

Modern and clean looking

My booking was supposed to include breakfast and at check in I was told I had $50 credit for breakfast. However I have been charged the full $56 for breakfast. Also at check in my booking was registered as Mr Peter John which caused confusion as my surname of Bradshaw had not been used in the booking. I hope this helps, regards Peter John Bradshaw

La Résidence parfaite à Jackson.

Le professionnalisme et l'extrême gentillesse des personnels m'ont épaté et ravi en même temps. Tout le monde est aux petits soins sans vous "bousculer". Tout se passe dans la finesse et la classe. J'ai vraiment adoré cet hôtel. Les espaces sont impressionnants, depuis le Hall d'accueil (Le Lobby) jusqu'au Restaurant (très bonne cuisine du sud de États-Unis). L'hôtel dispose d'une très agréable piscine intérieure et d'une salle de sport.

This was my wedding weekend 7/21- 7/23 we had family and friends come in from out of state. My room was 1002 and it was very uncomfortable due to the air not working to it’s full capacity. It was only 3 ppl staying the the room. I brought it to the front desk attention before we left Friday for dinner. She stated that she would have maintenance to check it. When we returned the room was stuffy and still the air not working properly. Me being the bride I was tired and just decided to go to sleep and handle it in the morning. Woke up at 5am nose stuffy and skin clammy because it was hot. I called the front desk and he said that he would have someone to check it again and possibly move us. Maintenance did come and said that something was wrong with the fan but the air was blowing 60. This was impossible the room was stuffy and warm. Front desk said that would move us but the other room smelled and was hot when we walked in. We decided to go back to the old room it felt better than where he was putting us. I had to go out a purchase a fan for us just yo keep cool. My weekend was horrible because of the air. I will be emailing the corporate office. I value the Westin and we always stay at Westin when we travel but this experience was the worst. We pay good up stay good and that’s what we expect. Disappointed.

Good option in Jackson!

Hotel is very modern and confortable. Vallet service works out very well. We liked our stay! Hotel is very well located as well.

We did not like the way the the hostess at the restaurant for breakfast treated us! She was very unpolite saying that as we did not reservation we could not have breakfast inside the room, but we were staying at the hotel.... it was very compelling.

it was good besides the customer service and employees. very rude and unhelpful

I liked the amenities and the cleanliness

my girlfriend accidentally got locked out of our room late at night after the wedding. she was in slippers and her pajamas. she was clearly locked out. the front desk lady would not just tell her my room number so she could knock as she forgot the room number. she was extremely rude to my girlfriend and when my gf said I guess I’m sleeping in the lobby she told her she couldn’t do that either. so basically she left my girlfriend out with nowhere to stay. thankfully I woke up and found her. that is absolutely ridiculous. I understand not telling any person someone else’s room number but a girl that is clearly locked out with no clothes on… use some damn common sense.

Great Memorial Day weekend stay at the Westin!

The location of the Westin felt a little away from the busyness of the city. It was next to the Police Department so there were people out on the street (not a lot) throughout the weekend. It was easy to get on to I-55 from here and easy to find. The rooms were nice as well as the bathroom. We had a double queen room, that came with a shower tub combination and the depth of the tub was awesome. The indoor heated pool was awesome as well. We did not go in the Jacuzzi, but they have one. We also did not eat at the property. Front desk workers were super nice!

Leave a note for the people that bring dogs to make sure they clean up the mess around the property. I didn't notice if there were any doggy waste trash bins in the area, but that would possibly help.

I needed something super nice and comfortable to stay the night with my pup. Got the rest I needed.

I didn’t get to stay for breakfast, but had a very nice relaxing dinner.

Service & cleanliness is one reason I decided to stay at The Westin Hotel again.

Jory (Host), Kadrain (Server), and Trisha (Front Desk Manager) were more accommodating than I excepted.

We love it, we always stay here if we can when visiting Jackson

We love The Westin, its always clean, the staff is always super helpful and nice and the restauraunt and breakfast brunch is great

there was one mistake on our room service order but it wasn't that big of a deal, they took it off of our bill
