Property has stunning views and many positives. However, the description isn’t accurate. Ten people can’t comfortably sleep here. One bedroom is an attic room, in which you can’t fully stand up and is stifling in the heat. The windows in this room are at floor height, really small and have no blinds/curtains. Another room is a single bed with pull out mattress to sleep on the floor. The master bedroom is great, with views and en-suite. The Villa was described as having 4 bathrooms but one of these is just an outdoor shower head next to the pool. This is a Villa for one family with children; definitely not several couples.
There is a large lounge area, but unfortunately it’s furnished with garden furniture which is really uncomfortable.
The air con didn’t work and we weren’t offered a technician for nine days. This made for an uncomfortable stay; some areas of the Villa were unbearable. The housekeeper did drop off fans but they just circulated the hot air.
Despite booking the Villa for 12 nights, no cleaner came mid stay. The housekeeper was available on WhatsApp but we didn’t see her after check-in despite having significant air-con problems.
The pool area is lovely with great views. There is a lovely outdoor dining area. Beyond the pool, is little grassed garden area but again that was unusable due to a large hornets nest that hasn’t been tended to.
All in all it was a disappointing accommodation.

We had a super pleaseant stay in Villa Oleandri with our children and grandmother. The villa is a very family friendly villa and able to host a big family with easy. The kitchen is perfect for cooking if you like. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Es ist ein schönes Haus.
Es ist alles da, was man braucht und mehr. Der Pool ist super! Die Sitzgarnitur im Wohnzimmer ist unbequem. Um abends noch ein bisschen vor dem Fernseher zu chillen, ungeeignet! Die Klimaanlage dringend zu gebrauchen in diesem Sommer . Aber eben auch nachts dann zu hören. Wir haben es genossen, aber es ist ja auch ein stolzer Preis!

Toller Urlaub in Roina
Das Haus hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Die Dachterasse war noch größer als von den Bildern zu erwarten war und ein absolutes Highlight. Bei kleineren technischen Problemen wurde umgehend für professionelle Hilfe gesorgt.

Schöne Immobilie mit Pool in super Lage
Die Lage des Hauses mit dem Blick auf den Gardasee ist hervorragend. Das Grundstück ist großzügig, der Pool ist super. Alles ist sehr schön angelegt, toll wie die Oleander blühen. Insgesamt ein schönes Haus, in welchem man seinen Gardasee-Urlaub verbringen kann. Der Blick auf den See beim Frühstück, oder vom Pool aus, ist unbezahlbar.
Im Gartenhaus sind obendrein noch ein ordentlicher Fußballkicker, sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und 2 Fahrräder vorhanden.
Im Allgemeinen alles gepflegt, vor allem der Garten und Poolbereich. Im Haus gibt es im Detail Verbesserungspotenzial. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Spülmaschine mit gespültem Geschirr befüllt, das hätte schon in den Schränken verräumt sein können. Außerdem befanden sich in den Schränken der Küche 1 benutztes Glas, sowie 1 benutzter Teller. Da muss die Reinigungskraft bzw. die Dame, welche die Haus- u. Schlüsselübergabe macht, besser hinsehen. Die Drehregler am Gasherd waren auch nicht ganz sauber. Das sind zwar nur Kleinigkeiten, diese erwähne ich aber, damit es in Zukunft passt.
Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen, eventuell kommen wir auch nochmal!

Modernes Ferienhaus für die ganze Familie.
Wir hatten das Ferienhaus für eine Woche. Wir waren 4 Generationen, von der Urgroßmutter bis zum Urenkel. Toller Blick auf den Gardasee. Alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Schöner Urlaub. Pool hatten wir jetzt im November nicht benutzt, wäre aber beheizt verfügbar gewesen.

Es ist ein sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus in einer tollen Lagen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, die Ausstattung ist super und es trifft alles zu wie es beschrieben ist. Nur zu empfehlen!!!!!Ein kleiner Wehmutstropfen, das Wlan funktioniert schlecht bis gar nicht.Aber ansonsten alles ein Traum.

Super ausgestattetes und tolles Haus
Wir haben zu acht eine tolle Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus und gerade die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Der Pool mit Liegen etc. lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert und die Ansprechpartner vor Ort sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Traumurlaub
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Das Haus mit samt dem Grundstück hat eine phantastische Lage und der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist unbeschreiblich schön. Auch die Außenanlage mit Pool ist einfach nur schön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und kleine Mängel wurden umgehend behoben. Einzig die Wohnzimmermöbel passen nicht zum Standard dieses tollen Hauses (aber das ist nebensächlich, weil wir uns eigentlich immer nur draußen aufgehalten haben. Die Beschreibung der Badezimmer ist für uns etwas ungewöhnlich, da es tatsächlich nur 3 vollständige Badezimmer gibt. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfeheln.

Toller Urlaub trotz Reiseeinschränkung
Wir waren als 7 köpfige Familie mit teilweise erwachsenen Kindern die ersten Urlauber, die nach dem Corona Lock Down wieder in Italien Urlaub machen konnten. Die Hauskeeperin Selene und der Vermieter Frits haben alles dafür getan, dass wir uns in diesem traumhafte Haus wohlgefühlt haben. So war z. Bsp. erstmal nicht klar ob Pools genutzt werden durften, was unbürokratisch geklärt und in Betrieb genommen wurde. Wir konnten dann unbeschwert alles nutzen.

Beautiful Lake Garda
Our group of 8 (4 couples) had a lovely week staying at Villa Oleandri. The house was beautiful with amazing views. The warm weather meant we were able to swim in the fabulous pool and relax. We enjoyed walks around the local area and exploring several of the towns on the Lake. We took a ferry ride from Bogliaco around the lake to Malcesine which was fun. It was nice to live like a local in this small friendly picturesque community. Selene the housekeeper was very quick to answer any questions.
While very spacious and well equipped, the Villa is probably better suited to families with children rather than 4 couples as 2 of the bedrooms are on the small size. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend

Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Ausenanlage und Pool
Wir waren insgesamt 6 Erwachsene und haben 1 Woche im Haus verbracht, in dem man sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter wunderbar aufhalten und sich die Zeit vertreiben kann. Toller Pool, schöne Außenanlage, Fahrräder, Tischtennis, Kicker und eine große offene Küche lassen kaum Wünsche offen.

Sommerurlaub 2019
Wir waren mit 9 Personen 1 Woche im August in der Villa. Besonderes Highlight ist natürlich der Pool, er ist beheizt und hatte immer seine 29 bis 30 Grad. Die Lage ist ruhig und lässt Entspannung zu. Ohne Auto würde ich nicht unbedingt dort Urlaub machen, auch der Verkehr in Italien ist recht viel. Aber im Urlaub hat man ja Zeit ;) Insgesamt war es eine schöne Woche in der Villa und wir können sie ruhigen Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

Parempi kuin kuvissa
Todella siisti ja hyvin varusteltu talo, täytti kaikki toiveemme. Meitä oli 3 perhettä. Makuuhuoneet jakautuvat 4 kerrokseen, mikä aiheutti vähän päänvaivaa koska mukana oli pieniä lapsia. Kellari 1 mh + WC ja suihku, 2. krs päämakuuhuone (oma WC & kylpyamme), 3. krs 2 pienempää makuuhuonetta + WC ja suihku, 4. krs ullakko/makuuhuone. Viihdyimme päivät uima-altaalla lasten kanssa. Ulkosuihku oli todella kiva bonus. Samoin pingispöytä ja pikkupöytä lapsille, jonka ääressä söivät, piirsivät ja askartelivat. Illat vietimme joko suojaisammalla sivuterassilla (jossa grilli) tai kattoterassilla ihaillen vaikuttavaa näkymää järvelle. Sijainti on loistava ja autolla/lautalla on helppo liikkua joka paikkaan Gardalla. Lähimpään pikkukylään voi kävellä ja myös golfkenttä lähellä. Hienot näköalat sielläkin! Heinäkuun lauantaina todella paljon ruuhkaa pohjoisen suuntaan, joten liikkumista kannattaa välttää silloin. Etelän suuntaan liikenne veti hyvin. Kohde sopii hyvin useammalle perheelle ja varmasti vielä paremmin kaveriporukalle. Todella upea talo & sijainti - suosittelen lämpimästi!

schöner Aufenthaltsort für eine Familie
Das Haus ist toll, die Lage sehr gut. Mit dem Pool, dem kleinen Fußballfeld, der 'Tischtennisplatte und dem Tischfußball war für jeden etwas dabei. Einzig fällt die Möblierung des Wohnbereichs im Vergleich zu der sonstigen Ausstattung ab. Die Sessel sind abgewohnt und bieten keinen guten Sitzkomfort, so dass dieser Teil des Hauses von uns wenig genutzt wurde. Alles andere war, bis auf den Grill, sehr gut.

Our family made up of six adults and four children made our way to this Villa renting cars from the airport in Verona. The best route to arrive was taking a car ferry from the east side of Lake Garda to Toscolano Maderno (Salo had major delays due to weight of traffic on narrow roads). The directions to the house were complicated, sat nav not advised by owner. Better instructions and map needed. The housekeeper welcomed us with a prearranged supper - recommended! The house has a roof terrace and brilliant views throughout of Lake Garda. The house had lots of living areas making it possible to be together but also find a quiet spot for a bit of space. Brilliantly equipped kitchen. Air conditioning in all but one of the bedrooms and fan instead making room pleasant to sleep in. Ace pool with outside shower, sun loungers and umbrellas. A strole down the hill (across a busy road to Gargnano)to Yacht club and village shop and a few local restaurants in picturesque square overlooking the Lake. Into Gargnano for bakers and butchers, shopping and restaurants.
We visited Italy during a heat wave and during the day we were happy to lounge by the pool keeping cool for most of our time but we did make it out for a boat trip to Lemone which was well worth it and a tour of a local lemon grove. A thoroughly enjoyable week.

We had a lovely week. The house was very neat and tidy, well planned, big enough for two families of 9 people, and a great view over Lago Garda. The children spent most of the day in the pool. We would love to come back.
