Beautifull modern, spacious house with river terrace. Private jetty and engine boat facility. The river conects the lake and the sea. BBQ place prepared on the terrace but excellent restaurant is within walking distance. Totally peacefull place for rest and as starting point to explore Sareema.

What a fabulous place to spend as much time as possible.
One of the best houses we've ever been in.
You can feel the caring the owners have put in every detail. From the unique landing terrace by the river with its relaxing views to the comfortable beds and exceptional bath and shower facilities with the complimentary aloe vera gels and nice shampoos.
Check-in was smooth thanks to the good communication by phone.
Kitchen was enough for us and everything was clean and ready for us.
The sofa was great to enjoy the views while enjoying the air-con and the big tv.
Parking is on-site in a safe and noce neighborhood.
Easy access to the main town and the coastline.
Everything great!

perfect location just outside Kuressaare, utmost pleasant host Loore, the House included all you might have expected - would definitely return here
all was perfect

The host was really friendly. The place was calm. The forest and river was nearby. There were separate 2 bathrooms. and they also had a bath to lay. Also liked this ginger cat which kept coming to us, it was real pleasure to fondle it. Terrace we really nice to sit and relax.
Conditioners could be in every room (it was one in the main room) as it was quite hot to sleep. Some lamps were not working (not a real issue for me though). The terrace door needs a bit of fixing, but it is still working just need to be careful with those. We were 2 couples traveling so one got a quite good bed and we well the bed could be better. It was a bit short for me (I'm 1.8m) and too hard ( not enough couching)

Location was exeptional. Terrace on river bank, birds singing and such a lovely atmosphere. Felt like home. House is stilish and had everything. Even sugar and seasonings in kitchen. Exeeded our expectations and we will come back, i promise.
Master bedroom could have bigger bed so it could fit both parents and a baby, but fortunately other bedroom has a big coach. We were there during hot wave, so it was hard to cool down the bedrooms in the evening as the house was painted black and sun was hot.

Property was well equipped, clean, with good interior. Very cosy and calm.
Everything was good.

Very nice and big house just next to Nasva river and close to Kuressaare. . Nice area for walking and also canoeing. Freindly host - everything what was missing was solved fast
Terrace door and canoe row needed repairment..

The house and facilities within were actually very good. Plenty of room for a family of three but easily accommodates bigger families/groups. Kitchen was well equipped. Quite large patio with great view on the river that runs past. The canoe and kayak can be used without additional charge during stay(did not et to using it this time). During our stay we had no issues with the stay being close to neighboring properties. Close to Kuressaare.
The grill had seen quite a bit of use and was not in the best condition. Also lacked some essential barbeque equipment but I was able to substitute with items available from the kitchen. Overall cleanliness was good but I would advise having some more thorough cleaning cycles from time to time to get the places where the eye does not land at first glance. The bed in the master bedroom, probably my personal taste but too narrow and too hard, did not sleep too well.

The owners dog was cute.
If you like zero privacy, near constant noise of a plethora of yard machines, and cheap contemporary furniture, then oh boy, do they have the perfect place for you! The blatant lies masquerading as photos that have been attached to this booking, make this place look like a private riverbank in the midst of pristine nature - in reality you are staying in a glorified shed in the corner of the owners yard. The main building is no more than 3 meters away and the next door neighbor's house even closer. If you want to get a nice experience of Saaremaa, please, please... look somewhere else.
