Nice hotel but far from anything interesting

The price was right for this hotel. The staff was all very nice and helpful. The Suite was roomy and spacious. The location is on the main road to Zlatar

Beds were not so comfortable, the lighting in the bathroom was really weak and uncomfortable, the hotel's water boiler was probably off at night, so the water was cold early in the morning (around 6)

Not worth the money they are charging!

The location of the property and breakfast was the only thing we liked.

Where to start, first and foremost the room we booked through pictures on Booking was not the room we got, if you state that the room has mountains view and you charge it as that than it should have a Mountain View and we didn’t see a single tree, second the room door couldn’t close unless it’s locked, and once you lock it from the outside you can’t unlock it, takes about 2-3 minutes of hard work to try to open your room, third staff is not very polite, coffee is horrible, construction is all around…

Very nice but never again if they don't take credit cards.

The location was wonderful, away from the city, up in the hills. It was clean and cozy. However, I'm lucky I had enough cash on hand to pay the bill. NO CREDIT CARDS for the hotel or the restaurant.

This is the first hotel I've every stayed at, ever, that did not take a credit card. CASH ONLY! This was never advertised in there write up. Breakfast was not served until 8:00.

Breakfast offer was limited and did not include coffee, that you could by seperatly. The first room we got, the toilet did not work, the second room did not have shouwer door - mantenance can be better.....

Excellent location, really comfortable room, good breakfast.

Nobody works at the reception. We had to find a waiter for the check-in and then for the check-out. The hotel didn't accept any credit card, we had to go to another hotel to find an ATM to get some cash for the payment. No wi-fi coverage in the room.

Nothing, this hotel is HORRIBLE!!!! WORST HOTEL AND SERVICE IN SERBIA!!!

This place cannot be called hotel. It’s the worst place ever visited. Rooms are ugly and dirty, personnel is very impolite, service not existent. Ambient super loud, there was horrible annoying loud music since we arrived (at around 5pm) until late night. No adoption of anti-COVID measures. Personnel don’t know the existence of masks. No elevator, you need to take your luggage up for the stairs to reach your room! EMBARRASSING!!! We booked for 2 nights, and we escaped from this nightmare after 1 night. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANY TOURIST THAT IS VISITING SERBIA!!!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!
