Leider zuviel bezahlt

Die Küche ist außergewöhnlich gut, danke an Herrn Gupta, den Restaurant Manager. Ebenso der Reinigungsservice von Herrn Rahul, der Housekeeping Manager, war sehr gut, immer alles sehr schön gerichtet.

Wir haben bei booking.com das teuerste Zimmer gebucht für 7622.- rupees. Leider hat das Hotel nur 2 Kategorien und uns wurden von booking.com 4 Kategorien angeboten. Hätten wir über das Hotel direkt gebucht, wäre es 10000 rupee billiger gewesen. Wir haben dann den Kundenservice von booking.com angerufen, welche sehr freundlich waren, uns Abhilfe anboten, die aber nicht möglich war, da das Hotel keine höhere Kategorien an Zimmer hatte. Das Hotel bot uns dann ein renoviertes Zimmer an, was etwas besser war. Letztendlich haben wir dank der mangelhaften Ausführung auf der Booking.com Website ca. 10000 Rupees zuviel bezahlt für 5 Nächte.

Superb

The location is excellent, walking distance to all the historical and significant places, the food and service was also very good

The rooms need to be more sound proof, can hear all the conversations from outside and rooms next door, having said this my stay was brilliant and very comfortable

Close to Mahaparinivirna temple and stupa. Large clean rooms.

Building is clean but feels very dated. Price is a little high.

It was good but the interior is really old. The price was also a bit expensive for this kind of hotel. Overall average but there are no other hotels there.

Very comfortable with high hospitality

All staffs are nice with high hospitality. Facility was clean and located at walking distance from sightseeing places. Everything including laundry and restaurant is well managed. One thing I struggled was that sometimes wifi does not work or slow, but I assume this is not because of the hotel but all Kushinagar area has the same issue.

Great location with all the sights within easy reach. The staff were very friendly and the manager Sawan was very helpful.
