Einmal und nie wieder!

Bei Ankunft war der Wohnraum und das Bad extrem kalt. Küchenausstattung ist miserabel und das Kochfeld funktionierte nicht. Föhn im Badezimmer fehlt.

Ich würde nicht mehr hingehen

Zimmer nicht sehr schön, sahen im Internet viel besser aus. Das Personal, naja… vor allem waren wir überrascht von all den Zusatzleistungen. 15 chf für das parken auf der Strasse, 30 chf für den Hund, das Frühstück pro Kopf hätte 20 chf gekostet und war wie wir gehört haben, nicht gut. Brot und Gipfeli vom Vortag.

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Biketouren. Das Hotel bietet Garagen fürs Auto, aber auch Einstell- und Lademöglichkeiten für E-Bikes. Lage: ca 1 km ausserhalb vom schönen Städchen Murten. Allgemein sehr empfehlenswert.

Hotel war geschlossen und ist bis auf weiteres geschlossen. Bitte das Hotel nicht buchen.

Ich stand im strömenden Regen vor dem Hotel aber das Hotel war geschlossen und ist auch auf weiteres geschlossen. Bitte nehmen sie das Hotel von der Booking.com - Seite. Ich brauchte 2 Stunden um noch 2 Doppelzimmer in Murten zu erhalten.

Ich bin enttäuscht und fühle mich etwas hintergangen.

Das Frühstück und die Lage war ok. Das Personal war freundlich.

Die Zimmer sind renoviert, aber Schränke, Türen und Möbel sind abgenutzt. Die Betten sind viel zu weich und durchgelegen. Die Terrasse wäre wunderschön, wenn man diese pflegen würde. Aber leider liegen Zigarettenstummel auf dem Boden, der Grill ist voller Abfall, die Sitzkissen schmutzig und im Eingangsbereich der Terrasse eine grosse Unordnung. Das Frühstück ist ok, doch leider hat das Nachfüllen nicht so gut geklappt. Eierbecher stehen auf dem Buffet, aber keine Eier und kein Personal, dass nach Frühstückseier fragt. Latte Macchiato, Cappuccino und Milchkaffes werden mit Milchpulver aus der Maschine zubereitet. Nichts für Kaffee-Liebhaber. Das Hotel sieht verlassen aus. Ich denke die guten Zeiten hat es bereits hinter sich und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt für mich überhaupt nicht. Sehr sehr schade...

The staff was great! nice rooms too - we had a view of the lake. when we had a concern, the owner was quick to help out and resolve an issue. Very good experience. breakfast was also good.

Good breakfast.

Very dated design inside and out (although the rooms and bathrooms seemed to have been refreshed). About a 15 minute walk from the railway station or the old town of Murten… nothing much around the hotel itself.

Perfectly fine for a one night stopover

Quiet location, good parking, within walking distance of town centre. Friendly helpful staff, comfortable room, not 4 star quality but fine for somewhere to sleep for one night. Nice bathroom with Jack and Jill sinks and a big bath. Useful to have a fridge in the room

Breakfast was just OK, choice was limited and quality could have been a bit better for the room rate paid, smoked salmon was cheap and tough, sliced bread was also cheap, OJ was from concentrate, that said it was good enough to set us up on our way. Room was a bit tired, one of the drawers wouldn't stay shut

Ok hotel for a short stay, but overpriced.

Good sized room, very well equipment, good selection at breakfast, staff were very friendly, good sized secured garage underneath hotel, interesting internal deigns,

No direct access to the hotel, the road was blocked off, no waring or diversion signs anywhere, very frustrating after a long journey, there was an intermittent banging right outside our room on and off all night, no idea what it was, No restaurant for dinner, so had to walk for 20 mins to find somewhere, over priced for location and lack of restaurant

Close to public beach and beach house and at walking distance along lovely lakeside path to center.

A realy quite place, easy to reach by train after a short walk (10'), and very close the the lake and open beach (300 m) with a lovely bar and wonderful view. The breakfast room was a little bid crowed, but the staff was very friendly and after a short time, a table was prepared and ready for a relaxing and rich breakfast. The staff has realy done an excellent job and if something was missing, it was refilled within no time.

You can argue about taste of the internal design and the hotel architecture.

My favorite hotel in the region AC rooms rooms with modern design. excellent quality beds Incredible rooftop super friendly staff everything was walking distance with great suggestions from the front office. I'm coming back next season for sure.
