The property its in a great location
Property need some updates and have to be more clean when you receive. We have to buy some Clorox products to clean up the entire bathroom
4.2
Right across from beach access. Very spacious.
Ants in kitchen and German cockroaches in the house. The house has all tile floor and it is very slippery. The sand makes it worse that is tracked in. Or getting out of the shower. My daughter slipped and busted her chin open on the tile.

Location was 10/10 and the price for the property was fantastic. The sea view rom was spacious and the beds were very comfortable.
There were 2 or 3 roaches in the room and kitchen it would have been nice to know about. And a lot of ants that we kept away with ant traps.

The management staff was very friendly and responsive. The rental was incredibly clean upon arrival, and the beds were comfortable. Our apartment included a wagon, beach chairs and a cooler for our use during our stay. The location is PERFECT!! The beach is right across the street; it is a quieter section of Siesta Key Beach. And, you are a short walk from all the shops and restaurants.
Check-in is at the office, south of the property (not walking distance). Parking there was a bit of challenge, but the staff was very prepared and check-in was quick. The rental is minimally stocked (ex: only one roll of toilet paper and one garbage bag). This felt a bit cheap given the price of the stay. The garbage bins on the side of the building were overflowing, so we didn't have a good way of managing our trash and recycling during our stay.
4.2
Very clean house. Great location across the street from the beach.
Key code didn’t work half the time, I requested accommodations for 6 people yet there were only 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There were only 4 beach chairs and 4 beach towels. The sofa bed mattress was so thin you felt the coils so we weren’t able to use it. Definitely not adequate for more than 4 people.
4.2
great location & space
steep & awkward steps, only 1 bathroom
4.2
Cute little beach house. Cute decor. Liked the quiet location vs the busier down the street. Loved the closeness to the village.
Low water pressure, toilet broken, a few cockroaches, needs a keurig not a coffee pot, extremely noisey on the bottom floor when guests in the upstairs are moving about, it was hard to sleep. This sounds bad but these are all fixable things. Property was notified and was addressing after we left. I'm told Florida is know for it's bugs.

The location, cleanliness, and privacy were exceptional
nothing
4.2
The place, accommodations, decoration.
The Customer Care did not reply when I called them. And I called 3 times. Only one bathroom

This place was the perfect location. The beach access was right across the street and all the shops and restaurants were just a few blocks away. The unit was very spacious!
The only drawback was that we were in the bottom unit and there were children in both units above us running back and forth every morning and every night. It was very loud. Maybe some carpet with some good padding would cut down on how loud it was.
4.2
The condo was very clean very well kept the beds were comfy they could use better pillows but other than that great location to the Village great location to the ocean had a great time we're definitely would use them again again
4.2
Room was subpar, you can hear all the foot stomps upstairs from neighbors, ants, unclean linens. On top of that you had the nerve to charge me an extra 234 dollars. Safe to say I'll be writing more bad reviews and won't be returning.

no balcony and no walk in shower
4.2
Pricey but nice location
4.2
A few more cooking utensils ... cutting board couple more pans but overall very good
also could have really used a small table in the large bedroom... just suggestions
4.2
Great location, large rooms, great bathroom, liked keypad entry rather than key, good parking, convenient to the beach & the village, well maintained, good TV & internet, enjoyed communications with "Dream" staff.
kitchen inadequately supplied, few utensils, bath rags & towels, no cutting board, no dishwasher.
4.2
Walking distance to Siesta Village for anything you could want. Short walk across the street to a path out to the beach. Beach had Red Tide for a few days so we went to sister property in the village and used beautiful pool and hot tub. Best pool I have ever been in as it was a walk in and noodles were supplied to use. Nice cabanas to relax under and meet people which we did. Beach chairs and towels with a cooler and wagon were supplied at the apartment for our use at the beach or to take to the pool. Bring your sunscreen and bathing suit and relax it’s a very quiet area to stay in! We will be back for sure!
Stairs to climb to the apartment, harder to handle when two out of three of us were over 60.

Very clean and spacious. Loved it. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need for a great vacation with the family 👪
4.2
We like the close location to the beach & not close to large crowds at the beach.
Condo needed some updates & cleaned. Not many cooking utensils. Stair entry is steep & not typical for elders. Had only (1) bathroom.
4.2
Location was great. Another bathroom would have been welcome. Place was well kept. Closet shelves could use some deeper cleaning. Bathroom could use an update. Not being critical - just comments I heard from my wife :-). Overall it was a great experience!
4.2
Location was great and house was clean and updated.
More items available to take to the beach would have been great rather than having to buy our own.
4.2
The location was amazing. We had such a great time.
4.2
Loved the location
It could be a little more clean
4.2
Location location location. Close to shops and restaurants and beach access directly across - gulf views.
Master bed mattress wasn't particularly comfortable and even though overall the apartment was clean, some Good ol "MR ERASE" bars would certainly be suggested on baseboards, door frames and stair bannisters.
4.2
Excellent location - 20yards from the beach and a short walk to the village.
poor mattresses , sheets too small - We did not sleep well
4.2
Location , amount of space , outside patio
I wish there was a bath soap coffee filters and cleaning products
4.2
I feel as though for the price, the apartment could have provided more “luxuries” in the kitchen, I.e., utensils, bowls, pans, etc.
4.2
Location to beach, town all with in walking distance and partial gulf view
Shower curtain was difficult to slide open
