WORST STAY EVER.. ONLY SUITABLE FOR HOMELESS. AVOID IF YOU ARE PROFESSIONAL.

It's in a good location, good traffic

Terrible accommodation. Stinky, undemanding, dirty. It's noisy, they are screaming in the neighboring rooms, slam the door. Not for families. There were two of us with my son, I didn't feel safe. The doors have a small button handle, it is not secure. The staff is grumpy, the common room is disgusting, everything is dirty. It's fine for overnight trips. 2 nights, I do not recommend it with children. I'd rather just get my money back, it wasn't worth the price, even if it's a cheaper hotel. 😔

For what I got for the price? I’d say it was a little expensive

Location was good

The stained carpet, the damp in the walls, the shower that had never seen a cleaning product and seemingly had black mould growing in the corners, the water stains on the ceiling, paid for a room with a tv and there was absolutely no signal to get any channel (which is a very petty thing I understand but it’s what I paid for and didn’t receive) and the lock on the door didn’t feel all that secure either

Perfect for affordable stay for work.. Great connection with public transport

Had a mix up with a room.. completely my fault.. the staff were very accommodating.

One of the appliances had a constant humm.

cheap compared to Travelodge but if You have reasonable standards then You will be disappointed. I could not wait to lea

the shower strength and the location

my room including en-suite bathroom were drab and dirty. The tv reception was so poor it wasn’t worth having on. There wasn’t a kettle in the room.

it wasn’t clean at all, we were given half used toilet roll as well as mostly used soap, there was so much dust i kept coughing, it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks.

the bed was comfortable

when we arrived to the room was a very strong smell to cigarettes, where even cigarettes in the window of the room, just outside our room was a kitchen and inside the fridge was a plate with rice that was there for at least 2 weeks and was very stinky

Basic but served a purpose

Good location for Olympic Park, quite location (except boiler) big room for family

Lack of communication, noisy boiler in room, given key told room number and direction, 81 steps inside and out to get to room

horrible

the location was so bad, this area is not so safe to be honest, and also we couldn’t find a club here. it was dirty and smelly, the neigbours were so loud, they started smoking and even the fire alarm sounded ao loud after they were yelling with each other early in the morning. we were so afraid here, I do not recommend it.
