Beach friendly, needs some TLC

Great location in town, close to the ferry, river, easy parking in the garage. We stayed in a suite with a very comfortable layout. Good value overall.

Needs some maintenance - a door handle in our room was broken, plastic mattress covers were noticeable, and there were lots of ants in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was chaotic.

El personal es antipatiquisimo. Desde los de recepción, hasta los camareros. El hotel esta muy anticuado, sobredimensionado de gente y en el baño había un montón de hormigas.

Overall, nice place to stay, good breakfast and good facilities.

We took our kid, and it was great there were lots of other families there so it worked well for us. The hotel is close to the town, so it was easy to get out and about. Breakfast was great, and staff were very helpful.

If you didn't pay for parking, trying to find a park was a bit taxing at times.

Excelente ubicación y mucho aparcamiento cercano al hotel. El hotel es muy bonito con habitaciones amplias, tiene piscina exterior e interior para pasar una experiencia agradable. El desayuno es muy bueno.

Amazing hotel!

Exceptionally clean and extremely friendly staff, especially Vitor and Sergio. Very child-friendly hotel. Lovely spa and pool facilities. Entertainment provided throughout the day and night. Amazing black out curtains, ensured a really good sleep. Delicious breakfast every morning and our baby loved seeing the hotel mascot, Nep, when he came to say hello to us. Our baby also loved the play room. We were very happy that the hotel provided us with a kettle for our room too to heat up baby's bottles and make his food.

Friendly weekend break.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Location was also very central, allowing us to walk easily in Tavira.

Decent place if you get a good price

Food was great. Buffet for breakfast and dinner both were great. Location is very convenient. Free parking around (if you are lucky and off season). Internet. Indoor swimming pool. Room size. Clean.

Staff is not friendly at all. You get what you ask for but the attitude ir very strange. It took 20 minutes to checkout... Beds are dated and soooo uncomfortable and small. Kids play room (miniclub) is a joke.. Jacuzzi was not working properly.

Not up to the standard.

Location was great, staff was friendly, albeit a bit on the slow side.

Room service was really slow. Missing items, my 7 year old waited for 1:30 for food which could not be eaten (burnt bolognese). Hotel is outdated and does not reflect the 4 star rating. Breakfast was varied but of low quality.

Staff were welcoming, pleasant, and helpful. Facilities were very good. Hotel was well situated near restaurants bars etc.

Buffet breakfast could do with updating. Same menu every day..could do with more local produce being included and more variety from day to day.

It was so extremely clean. The staff were very smart, professional, extremely helpful and friendly. The bar staff by the pool were lovely. The spa was disappointing. The jacuzzi had no power so the jets were weak and no bubbles formed and the Turkish was broken. The view from the spa wasn’t great so it didn’t make me want to go back. Maybe an extra small towel each would be nood but not essential.

I was surprised there was no iron to use in the rooms so I couldn’t wear any of my holiday clothes. The spa was disappointing. The jacuzzi had no power so the jets were weak and no bubbles formed and the Turkish was broken. The view from the spa wasn’t great and it was very dark in there snd the staff there when we were there weren’t as friendly so it didn’t make me want to go back. Breakfast was nice but 2 of the apples we had were rotten.
