About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in a wonderful area, where you can enjoy total relaxation.
The house is located near the center of Porto Maurizio, where you can find all kinds of shops, cinemas, bars, restaurants and entertainment venues. The apartment, which I renovated with quality materials in 2004, is located in a building that had been redesigned and rebuilt by Renzo Piano about thirty years ago, and is located directly on the main square of Parasio, the medieval old town, very picturesque and quaint.
The house is absolutely suitable for families with children as there is a room to themselves with two single beds.
The nearest beaches are about 500 meters away, reachable by scenic alleys and stairs from the square where the apartment is located, on top of a small hill.
If you do not want to face the climb on foot, the area is served by a local line of electric buses, the circular line B1, which every half hour free to link all the various beaches of Porto Maurizio with the Parasio square.
The house is located within the ZTL Parasio (Limited Traffic Zone), which means that you can enter and leave the same with the car every day only during the hours between 08:00 am and 10:00 am, from 03:00 pm to 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 1:00 am.
If you come by car, it is necessary that you communicate to me the license plate number so that I can inform the local police: this will allow you to load and unload luggage at any time, limited to the days of arrival and departure. A few steps away there is ample parking.
Taxis can enter and exit the ZTL at any time.
Just below the house there is a typical Ligurian restaurant (fish specialties), Osteria dell'Olio Grosso, where you can enjoy a pleasant dinner in the open air.
The start of the new cycle path is 1 km away from the house (Prino area): you can cycle for about 30 km to Bordighera enjoying breathtaking views and stopping at one of the beautiful beaches along the way.

Excellent apartment in super location. Simona is a very attentive and responsive host; any issues are quickly resolved. The apartment itself is light and spacious. Good sized well equipped kitchen on ground floor, open plan lounge plus bathroom and bedrooms on next floor and terrace then up small spiral staircase. The AC works well but the ambient temperature in the flat rarely gets above 23C . Porto Maurizio is at the top of the hill and there is a good view of the sea from the terrace. Café for breakfast and several restaurants and pizzeria within 500 yards plus shopping street another 200 yards down from the Duomo. On the waterfront at Imperia there are plenty of bars gelateria restaurants at reasonable prices. I would happily recommend Simona’s apartment and the area in general .

Wunderschön und sehr ruhig, mit wenig Touristen
Die Wohnung war sehr schön und gepflegt, allerdings mit vielen Treppen. Der Blick von der Terrasse entsprach nicht ganz der Fotos, man konnte das Meer jedoch sehen. Uns hat die Umgebung sehr gut gefallen. Eine kleine Altstadt im Herzen Liguriens.

Excellent stay in lovely Imperia in Simona‘s great flat
We enjoyed our ten days in Simona‘s lovely flat very much. The appartment is located at the top of a hill in Porto Maurizio‘s picturesque old-town quarter. Everything you need is nearby and one can even see the sea from the great rooftop terrace.

Die Wohnung liegt hoch über dem Meer, der Weg ist recht anstrengend mit vielen Stufen.
Ruhig Lage, aber um 07.00 Uhr wird man von den Kirchenglocken geweckt. Die Schlafzimmer haben wenige Tageslicht.

Super Urlaub
Simona, die Vermieterin, war sehr freundlich und hat uns auch schon vor der eigentlich vereinbarten Übergabezeitpunkt die Wohnung überlassen. Die Maisonette-Wohnung ist sehr sauber und schön geschnitten. Das Meer ist sehr schön und zu Fuß mit einigen Treppen in 10min erreichbar. Nahe zur Wohnung gab es mehrere Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Simona ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin und Ihre Wohnung ist wunderschön. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ja, man muss einige Stufen hinauf gehen, um dorthin zu kommen, was uns aber nicht weiter störte.
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub. Die Lage mitten im historischen und schönsten Teil der Stadt ist toll. Kostenloses Shuttle bis zum Strand. Leckeres Essen fußläufig.
Simona ist sehr sympathisch und der Kontakt war unkompliziert.

Tolle Lage, großzügiges, luftiges Apartment, schöner Balkon(zZ nur eingeschränkt benutzbar wegen Dacharbeiten am Nachbarhaus), gut funktionierende AC; wie schon von anderen erwähnt, viele Stufen, was gut für die Fitness ist! Simona ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin

Erholung abseits vom Lärm
Überragende Position in sehr ruhiger Lage, sehr schönes Maisonette, Meer in gut 10 Minuten erreichbar aber man muss noch gut zu Fuß sein (steile Treppen auch zur Wohnung). Freunliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, was will man mehr.

Nice apartment
Simona’s place is nice and in the beautiful neighborhood of Porto Mauricio. Just know that you need good legs as the apartment if on the highest street of Porto Mauricio and the apt itself is on the 3 levels.
Simona was friendly and an easy to reach host.

Simona ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ihr sehr schön eingerichtet Wohnung, mit einer Klasse Aussicht auf die Altstadt und auf das Meer, lässt keine Wünsche offen! Die Stadt hat ebenfalls viel zu bieten, vor allem leckeres Essen! :) Wir hatten einen sehr schönen erholsamen Urlaub - vielen Dank Simona! :)

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage
Die Wohnung selbst ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr ruhig gelegen.
In den Betten im Schlafzimmer konnte man wunderbar schlafen.Die Matrazen hatten für uns die optimale Härte.
Zu Fuß konnte man schnell die nächsten Geschäfte (Bäcker, Fleischer, kleine Markthalle u.a.) erreichen. Porto Maurizio ist ein wunderschöner Ort mit einer herrlichen Umgebung.
Diese Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine erhosame und ruhige Oase mitten im Herzen der Altstadt.
Die Wohnung ist in mitten der Altstadt gelegen, so dass man hineingenommen wird in die Klänge und Farben der Altstadt. Es ist durch die autofreie Zone dennoch sehr ruhig. Von der Dachterasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und kann dort die lauen Abende genießen. Bis zum Meer sind es nur 10 Mimuten zu Fuß oder aber man kann den ortseigenen Bus kostenlos nutzen. Die Wohnung bietet genügend Raum und ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Wir hatten eine erholsame und wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Domizil.

Perfect Vacation
We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our holiday in the beautiful surroundings very much. The apartment is perfect for four people and the facilities are great. The whole neighborhood was extremely friendly and we felt like a family. Go to the beach and to shopping are sportive stairs up and down but short and in a wonderfull area. Simona thanks for everything and the super friendly support. Greet your parents. We will come back.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in phantastischer Lage
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung. Die Lage mitten in der autofreien Altstadt von Porto Maurizio ist außergewöhnlich mit herrlichem Ausblick sowohl auf die Stadt als auch auf das Meer. Parkplätze gibt es genügend und günstig in wenigen Minuten Entfernung, auch das Meer ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen - wer nicht gerne läuft kann dazu aber auch einen kostenfreien Bus nehmen der direkt vor dem Haus hält. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und hat als Highlight eine tolle Dachterasse. Die Vermieterin ist zudem sehr freundlich - alles in allem war die Woche in Porto Maurizio für unsere Familie "perfekt" und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great house on the top of old city. This accommodation is large and comfortable for 4 people. House was clean and ready for guests.
It is good choice for your holiday. There is a fantastic view from terrace.
Porto Maurizio where is this house is very awesome town with a lot of monuments, romantic place and many restaurants.
Owner is pleasant and communication with her is fast.

Dejlig bolig for 4 personer, skøn tagterrasse med udsigt til havet, og gårdmiljø.
Skønt sted, med ro og fred, dejlige restauranter lokalt, søde og rare naboer.
Man bor på toppen af Parasio og derfor også mange trapper hjem:-)
Gode strande, et sted der varmt kan anbefales.

Beautiful place and very nice house! From the terrace there is a fantastic sea view! The beaches are 5 minutes on foot. There are also electric buses arriving just below the house.
We definitely want to come back!

Bella casa e posto incantevole
La casa è veramente bella e la vista dal terrazzo è incantevole! Lo abbiamo trovato in ottimo stato e pulito. Nonostante sia a pochi passi dal centro (passi in salita al ritorno :-)) c'è molta tranquillità. Il mare è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi o con i bus elettrici che arrivano spesso fin sotto casa, quindi l'automobile non è necessaria! Nei dintorni c'è tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno e al ristorante "Olio Grosso" (specialità pesce) sotto casa si mangia benissimo. A pochi passi ci siamo trovati molto bene anche nelle pizzerie "l'Armuen" e "Porto Vecchio". Il quartiere è incantevole... ad ogni angolo si dovrebbe scattare una fotografia! Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono trascorrere una o più settimane a Imperia.
