About this apartment rental

The Vinuesa II apartment is a magnificent first quality property decorated withstyle, without losing an apex of comfort.

It is composed of a pleasant living room with large windows that endow the room with beautiful natural light; this room is divided into a living area with sofa -convertible into double sofa-bed, and dinning area with table and seating for six guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with first brand appliances and fully functional. Both bedrooms are double, one of them has a complete bathroom en suite; While the second bathroom, also complete, is independent.

Its location at 18 García de Vinuesa street, is a privilege: literally a few meters from the Cathedral itself and Giralda, close to Los Reales Alcázares. An area also with plenty of exquisite restaurants and tapas bars.

Property was amazing and very comfortable for our family. Seville has been our favorite so far! The only issue we had was that the internet did not work.

I really struggled to decide how to leave this review as I enjoy leaving positive feedback but need to be honest. I was never given the opportunity to stay in the apartment that I booked. I was contacted two days before arrival with the property manager saying that there was an AC problem. They offered only a 20% discount to continue the stay in 95 F heat (not a reasonable option). Optionally, they then offered another apartment with no discount ( as if it were comparable). After viewing the carefully staged photos, we requested a discount as it didn’t seem comparable. The property manager accepted. With only a couple days to decide, we accepted the offered property. Upon arrival we had to wait 25 minutes for the property manager (in the heat) to check in despite closely coordinating our arrival times as requested. After seeing the small apartment, we wished we had asked for a larger discount. After finding a dead roach, we wish we cancelled. After having only two rolls of toilet paper in the apartment for 3 days with 4 people and told to purchase our own (by the property manager) we had to laugh and regret. I will always remain curious what my original booking would have been. I can say that I used Genteel homes in Malaga and the staff and experience was much better. I believe that this management group needs to treat its Customers with more compassion and work harder to give them a better experience.

"Brand new" is a bit relative, the property has been refurbished, maybe a year or 2 ago. Other than that imprecision, I'd say it's ideal.

very nice and well-kept apartment in the middle of Seville's city center. All sights are within walking distance. The apartment is very well maintained. The contact with the agency was very pleasant. There were always quick answers and tips about the area. recommendation 👍 Thank you!!

Lovely spacious apartment. Stayed there 3 weeks. Felt very secure. I would highly recommend it. A few stairs to climb up to apartment but well worth the effort,

The apartment is perfectly located. Check-in was smooth. There were some minor housekeeping issues so we contacted the management company. They quickly sent someone over to take care of it. Very responsive. The apartment has gorgeous marble floors and fixtures - really stunning - and large. The bedrooms are located away from the street so are quiet. Beds are comfortable and sheets and towels are good quality. Bathrooms are luxurious. This is not a cheap apartment, so a couple of things to improve. The furniture with white upholstery needs replacing due to stains (dining and bedroom chairs); the living room area rug needs to go (stained). We rolled it up and pushed it out of sight. There is a little peeling wallpaper and off-the-rod drapery in the back bedroom - a simple repair. As a firefighter’s daughter I add one other caution. Like many places in Andalucía, there is a wooden front door for the street entrance. A few feet inside this door is a floor-to-ceiling iron grate, with a locked gate. The main door has a latch you can open from the inside without a key, but the gate requires a key - both to enter and to leave. If yout leave the flat without your key (heaven forfend in an emergency) you would be stuck between the apartment door and the gate - unable to exit. In my opinion, the gate needs a keyless electronic unlocking device on the inside of the gate somewhere - for safety. I have seen this in similar rental situations. Overall excellent apartment. Recommended.

You won’t find a better base to explore the delights of this wonderful city. Most of the attractions are within a comfortable walking distance. Taxis are reasonably priced and there is a stand close to the apartment. Good communication and flexibility with the check in. The street is cobbled and there is a bar next door which can generate noise. You are in the centre of a vibrant city and as we know and appreciate our hosts love to project. This is part of the atmosphere and fortunately the bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment and are a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle. Wi-Fi was good. Spoilt for choice as far as food and drinks are concerned. Downsides: The bedrooms can get a little stuffy without aircon which we prefer not to use at this time of year. I could write a novel in the time it took for the hot water to reach the basin in the en-suite. More channels on the TV would be nice. Oh and having to leave.
