Property decor was immaculate, slightly disappointing that the web page says there was an evening meal but no such thing. The hotel signage says tablet d’hote, when inquired this is not available.

Great location. Ideal for our itinerary. Splendid setting. Secure parking. Good restaurants nearby.
Room was rather small; struggled to place our suitcases.

Beautiful chateau set in lovely gardens with a view of the sea. Good location with pretty seaside towns nearby. Excellent room with very comfortable bed and good shower room with plenty of instant hot water. Superb breakfast. Guy and his lovely wife were perfect hosts, so kind and helpful, giving us tips for great restaurants and places to visit locally. This is our second stay and we will definitely return.

Private parking, comfortable beds and the linens. Chateau in keeping with period and tastefully decorated. The grounds were also very nice.
Hosts made us feel uncomfortable from the moment we arrived till the moment we left and we will not be returning.

Beautiful French chateau in a quiet natural environment with friendly hosts. Breakfast was excellent.
Nothing big but if I have to say anything it was the toilet in our room is a little outdated and smelled a little.

Everything was amazing from the start until the end. We were fortunate that the property wasnt busy before our arrival so we were able to check in early. Which was amazing due to our overnight ferry journey.
We were given a tour of the property but after a hectic xmas we simply wanted to enjoy the room and premises. The rooms were extremely spacious and well appointed with coffee and Tv facilities. Heated towel rails were one of the best additions given it was the middle of winter.
We loved exploring the area with the thought of having our own little chateau to come back to. We were lucky enough one night that the fire was roaring in the quiet room which we got to enjoy with a drink and some chess.
It was always a delight coming down to breakfast every morning in what can only be described as five star dining with home cooked omlettes, freshly pressed orange juice and croissants !!
Nothing to add here.

Such a lovely family run Chateau
They make you feel so welcome and the breakfast is absolutely wonderful
It is also beautifully tastefully decorated with everything you need for a comfortable stay
The floors creak (it's the age of the property) - but dont worry no one hears them except you and this was a solid quiet stay even though all the rooms were full when we were there - we did not here a thing

The hotel is in a good location and is a classic French style traditional building. Furniture and decor is excellent and all in perfect character. The hosts, Guy and Catherine are very friendly and helpful.

Best of all of were the lovely couple who run the property. They went out of their way to accomodate our late arrival and early departure. The property itself is exquisite, a beautiful gem of a chateau, sensitively restored to a very high standard of modern luxury. A perfect base to explore the area if you appreciate beautiful and stylish things.
Nothing we disliked.

Everything, Owners were very welcoming and were always on hand if required. It was more like staying in a private home than a hotel but with all the facilities that a luxury stay would require.
The room was immaculate, beautifully decorated with period features and curated furniture, as well as all the modern touches you would expect.
Again all the communal areas were decorated and furnished in line with the properties character and period.
I would not hesitate to recommend Chateau de la Marine and we will certainly be staying again. 5*
Nothing, everything exceeded our expectations.

Chateau de la marine is a luxurious place which combines a subtly simple style with grandeur. Less is often more and the owners have demonstrated fantastic style in dressing this superb building.
Breakfast was a pleasure with a comprehensive range of choices.
This is a family home with rooms which comes across in the welcome one feels as you arrive.
Nothing to complain about.

We had a very comfortable room in this stylish chateau. It was decorated beautifully throughout, the breakfast was delicious and the hosts charming. It’s an easy drive into Wimereux where there are good restaurants.

Great breakfast with quality ingredients in a nice setting
While the setting of the castle is great and the common areas beautiful and up to standard, the room, bathroom, room finishing and amenities provided where rather basic for the price asked and the limited check-in/out times.

Excellent place to stay when visiting the Cote d’Opal! Perfect decoration, attention to all details. Best quality to everything.
