Perfect place to stay even the improvement can be done easily

Location was perfect.Room was reasonably big and quiet .View from the front of the room was superb

The WiFi was bad.If you’re going to stay more than one-two nights (we stayed 6 nights)do not forget to take clean towels or toiletries,as it will be provided for one time only

Modern large studio with amazing views outside Florence

Beautiful large studio, with balcony and amazing views of the countryside. Fiesole is an old village outside Florence,with amazing views of the city and ample bars and restaurants. Buses leave form here every 15 minutes into Florence. Tomasso, the host was very helpful with advice, maps etc. Secure parking on site . A great way to see Florence without the crowds. Ask for 1st floor (better views)

Netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber Ruhige Lage und trotzdem gute Verkehrsanbindung (25 Minuten bis ins Zentrum von Florenz, Bus alle 18 Minuten) Sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer Top Aussicht Parkplätze auf dem Gelände (Kostenpflichtig aber absolut im Rahmen)

Прекрасные компактные апартаменты, в тихом месте с хорошими видами вокруг. Чисто, комфортно, продумано до мелочей. Кухня идеальная, оснащена всем необходимым. Кровать и подушки удобные. Локация хорошая, в 5-ти минутах ходьбы до автобусной остановки, с которой отправляется автобус номер 7 до центра Флоренции. Томазо был внимателен и гостеприимен, все время на связи. Спасибо!

Немного пахнет плесенью от влажности ( наш номер был на нижнем этаже).

Superb view & place to stay, good price.

The location of this property is incredible!! Tommaso was very helpful in accommodating our needs. Having a drink on the balcony after a long hard day in Florence was great. Adventuring around Fiesole was great as well. Number 7 bus takes you straight into Florence so we had no problems there.

Great location, great place, great staff, clean!

This place was GREAT! We rented a car so the parking was perfect, the apartment was larger than expected and super clean. The owner and staff were super nice - when our rental wouldn’t start the last day after checking out, the owner came out and tried to jump it, and let us back in the room until the tow truck came (it was 95*F!) Definitely recommend

Always Stay Here

Always Stay Here. Clean, efficient, much more peaceful than staying in Florence! Well-managed and friendly. Good value for money. Fiesole has plenty of nice little promenades, bakeries, and a grocery store convenient to the apartment. It's easy to get supplies for breakfast and eat on your balcony in the morning overlooking a panoramic view of the hills! Washing machine and microwave are nice to have.

If you access to/from Florence by bus, be aware that it is a bit of a hike from the stop to the apartments so folks with mobility issues may find that a challenge.

Disappointing stay - Beautiful location but that's all.

Beautiful location, the view from the patio was amazing.

The suites have very clearly been heavily smoked in, ashtrays were on the patio, the units smelled very heavily of smoke. We brought it to the attention of management, and there was little responsibility taken. Responded with a statement of 'I can't stop the uncivilized'. No signage in the units or on the property for no smoking. We are highly allergic and our stay was impacted. The property is marketed as a residence / longer stay but not even basics were provided. Two wine glasses for a 4 person unit, iron but no ironing board. Room was not cleaned properly, broken garbage can in bathroom, dirty stove light/fan controls. Very disappointing for the cost.

I would highly recommend, but cannot give excellent (top) reviews in all categories due to comfort.

The place has an amazing view! Tomasso was an excellent host and very good with communicating and accommodating our super late check in. I wish we had stayed longer so we could take advantage of the kitchen facilities because it was well equiped.

We had two rooms, and we both felt the air conditioning was a tad under performing, it is hard to complain about it since the temperatures were extremely high that time frame. The beds were not comfortable and we had abit if a fitfull nights sleep. This is common in Italy in our experience. Also, pllows are very hard in Italy and we like them soft in the USA!

Lovely stay , would use again !

Lovely and quiet location , easy car parking , independence with one own kitchen facilities . Excellent views of the north of Fiesole , a lovely valley . Very helpful staff , willing to assist /suggest things to see/do

Beautiful view from the front porch, rooms were big and clean, close to Fiesole town which is a rich area up a hill near Florence

The kitchen has a stove but no pots or pans to use, not even a kettle or chopping board so it ended up being a big unusable space. Also no washing powder for washing machine or soap for sink or dishwasher. Great to have facilities but not if they are unusable

Lovely accommodation

We loved being on the doorstep of Florence without staying in the city itself with the heat and crowds that make up Florence. We were able to get a bus into the city to see the sites and then return to the calmness that Fiesole offers. The apartment overlooked the beautiful valley and was well equipped and comfortable. The owners were very helpful and approachable, with excellent english. Fiesole itself offers some good restaurants and a good supermarket, and we loved the historical aspect with the amphitheatre and museums. It was easy to get to Mugello by car for the racing.

The residence area is well-kept and beautiful, amazing view from the balcony, rare peace and quiet, the room is large and well equipped, including a washing machine and dishwasher, the shower is good, the landlord Thomasso is nice and helpfull

A few more racks in the shower could have helped .The room was clean but little dusty. The sofa bed was little stiff

Super place to stay when visiting Florence

Apartment with everything you need. Nice restaurants in fiesole. Location and view stunning. Bus into Florence cheap and easy - no need to use car. Tomasso was absolutely great and kept in touch with all details needed.
