Unteres Stockwerk der Wohnung sehr gut. Oberes Stockwerk zum schlafen ungeeignet.

Die Unterkunft ist mit den kurz getackten Buslinien der Insel schnell zu erreichen. Abgesehen von der mangelhaften Technik in den Schlafzimmern waren die Räume grosszügig, gut ausgerüstet und sauber.

Bei heissem Wetter hätte die Klimaanlage in den 2 Dachschlafzimmern funktionieren sollen. Genauso braucht es für die Dachfenster mit Rollos und Klappsysteme 2 separate Fernbedienungen und nicht nur eine, worüber alle Fenster laufen! Eine Reparatur konnte nicht bewerkstelligt werden.

Sono stata a Chioggia per un paio di giorni, consiglio questa struttura a chiunque.

Posizione centralissima. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Pulizia della camera eccellente e ottima colazione.

Se proprio devo trovare una pecca: il bagno presentava un po’ di ruggine sul termosifone e la doccia (per disabili) non era proprio comodissima. Ma giusto per trovare una pecca. Di sicuro non ha influito su tutto ciò che di positivo offre la struttura.

Nao tive problema com estacionamente, mas se a acomodacao nao disponibilizasse o cartao de identificacao o estacionamento seria um problema grande.

Pratico e accogliente

Abbiamo riservato una doppia per due notti. Posizione eccezionale, a due passi dal centro e dieci minuti a piedi da sottomarina. Colazione molto abbondante, a buffet, con dolci e salati, yougurt, bevande fredde e calde. Il parcheggio è quello a lato della strada di accesso all'hotel, pochi posti ma gratuiti. Doccia spaziosa. Molto disponibile il personale alla reception.

Lo spazio in camera non è molto, il bagno è un pò datato e purtroppo alcune zone sono macchiate di ruggine. Bidet non presente.

Best cheap hotel ever

Best inexpensive hotel on my whole trip. With the low price, I was expecting much less. It's clean, perfectly located, friendly, and comfortable. A delight. I have no idea why it's so inexpensive. It's a really good hotel.

Great hotel!

Great location, fantastic breakfast buffe, friendly staff. The room was very clean, wifi and AC worked perfectly. Everything is within a walking distance. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Chioggia.

The room was quite small (especially the bathroom), and the walls were extremely thin since I was able to hear my neighbor talking on the phone. However, it was nice and quiet during the night so it didn't bother me.

nice hotel situated in the heart of Chioggia

the hotel is located in the heart of Chioggia, in a very quite corner; the stuff is very friendly. Breakfast is good. Guests are separated in time in order to escape many people sitting together. Bike rent is 5 euro/day (take a boat and jump to ride in Pellestrina )

Beatiful building in a nice place managed by kind staff!

Beutiful building in Chioggia centre. We stayed in two different rooms in the arch of four nights, and they were both clean and tidy when we arrived. The staff was kind and eager to help us with everything we needed. The breakfast was tasty and large and including both salty and sweet food. The building is a few meters away from the canals, the main street of the town and renowned restaurants. Highly recommended for people looking forward to having a romantic experience in an authentic Italian town.

Good for a short stopover

It's a simple but extremely clean, quiet and welcoming place that is as central as you can be in Chioggia. We were really grateful for being able to park right outside the hotel with the staff providing us with a permit. The staff speak good English and were incredibly helpful and efficient. The location couldn't be better if you want to be in the old town. Breakfast was simple but of good quality. Overall, it is excellent value for money.
