Great property as advertised. Not crazy about gaving to tske out the garbage. Hot water needs to be hotter!! Needs to be hot enough to create steam on the bathroom mirror.

Everything about our Julia Street rental made our stay and enjoyment of Jazz Fest so very memorable. The Condo was fresh and inviting, clean and comfortable. Good beds and baths, kitchen and technology quite functional. Good restaurants nearby, easy walk to the Sheraton to get the bus. The location is safe and interesting. And the communication and assistance with the Staff of VacayNOLA tops any chart for excellence.

Cannot recommend this apartment enough! It was perfect for our family of 4! It may just be the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in which was awesome, and the place was well supplied for our needs. Within an easy walking distance to WWII museum and if you’re willing to walk a little more perfect walking distance to the French Quarter and Jackson Square. Our 14 and 11 year olds did it multiple times with no issues. Incredible communication with the property management team throughout - they even ran an air mattress to us quickly when we realized the one provided had a leak in it despite my saying it wasn’t necessary- however my kids sure appreciated not having to share a bed! 😉 We would definitely stay here again without question! Highly recommend!

Perfect space and location for our trip and very responsive and helpful hosts.

Great location! Historic so walls and windows are a little thin if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. The whole place seems to be vacation rentals. The bar downstairs has sandwiches that our teen liked. Would definitely stay there again
If in NOLA.

We love this building in the Warehouse district in New Orleans. Easy to walk to great restaurants, the river walk, Rouse's grocery and a little longer but still easy walk to the quarter. Spacious bedrooms and living space. Nice kitchen and also has a balcony!! Would definetly stay here again.

Final 4 home base
The property was pretty nice.
Central location for all the visitor things we did.
Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is nice. Bathrooms large. Didn’t care for the roku tv system but we weren’t here for tv.
I would stay here again though if it was a little less expensive.

Beautiful condo
The condo was spotless and very comfortable. Great location near a St. Charles streetcar stop. Nice balcony. There is a small bar below but it closes early. The pricing was a little misleading but I think it was worth it. Overall a good stay.

Very nice and Perfect location !
Wife and I stayed here four nights with another couple the first week of May. The place was very nice, clean and perfect location. The St Charles Street Car stops at the corner just a few yards away from the entrance. Its a short ride to Canal/Bourbon street area and the Garden district going the other direction. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

close to it all!!!
this is the perfect location for everything. close to the trolley on St Charles, easy walk to Bourbon street and the french market. We were in town for the Rock n Roll half marathon and it was less than 2 blocks to the start line. The condo is plenty spacious for 4 people and comfortable. Note: street noise can be a little loud if you aren't used to it, however earplugs while sleeping worked well.
I absolutely recommend this place.

Stunning condo
This condo was booked for my wedding weekend (I’m a NOLA local) and I could not have been more pleased!! From the booking process, to the early check in/late check out requests, to the location, and down to the beautiful details and amenities in this amazing condo. I was in awe my entire stay because the condo and balcony are just to die for. Thank you Barbara for taking care of us so well.
We WILL be back without a doubt!!

Beautiful Space
Was super stressed from rainy drive and the door lock outwitted me. I called the property manager, got in the house 30 seconds later. Great customer service! Lovely home. Wonderful mattresses, slept better than I have in months. The mattresses are outstanding and seemed branch new. Comfy couch, which we actually used because the Astros were playing in the World Series and we had to watch. Kitchen had everything we needed, but be aware, we didn't cook. Bathrooms were gorgeous and the water pressure was great. Loved the balcony. Not a lot going on on Julia Street. Which is great for sleeping. If you're hoping to people watch from the balcony, you'll be waiting a while in between interesting bits. We did see interesting bits, though. Nothing creepy or gross, just interesting. Felt very safe in the location. Easy walking distance to French Quarter. (If you like to walk. Went with a friend who thinks two blocks is too far. She was not pleased.) Good restaurants are in 5 minute walking radius. House is on the streetcar line. Parking is a problem in the French Quarter and I didn't find any good parking options nearby. That's the only thing that bothered me. If you are driving in to NOLA and love your car, be aware you'll have to leave it in overpriced sketchy lots or walk a long way back from where you parked it. Despite that, I liked the house enough to stay here again, and recommend it.
