El hotel estaba listo. Todo el personal es muy amable. Para los que llegan a este hotel, hay un taxista que está siempre ahí y es más barato que agendar alguno del aeropuerto.

Todo bien. La zona de noche no parece muy segura, aunque dentro del hotel no hay problema (es muy seguro) pero bueno, si se limita uno a estar en el hotel o tomar un taxi a un área específica creo que es una buena opción.

Batey Hotel Boutique was Excellent, Superb, Spectacular, Sensational, Relaxing and Invigorating

Everything I loved about this location, the complimentary breakfast, meeting the owners Raul & Nicole, Manager Eli was professional and helpful, all the staff friendly, engaging, and pleasant.

I didn't dislike anything about my stay at Batey Hotel Boutique. Everything was exceptional from the pool on the 1st level to the spa on the 2nd level, the delicious food they prepare, variety of drinks available, to the cleanliness of the location, ideally located in center of town seconds away from the beach.

Nice clean hotel near the beach with friendly staff.

Good location. Very close to the beach. Breakfast was good. It wasn’t a buffet type breakfast like most places.

The rooms are very small. My room didn’t have a refrigerator and it was across from the kitchen. So there was a lot of noise especially when they are getting ready to close. The pool wasn’t working during our stay. As I was leaving I noticed that they were working on it.

Good but an overnight stay but would not recommend but anything longer.

On site restaurant with free breakfast and short ride from airport.

Extremely small rooms. The toilet had problems workin. This is a place for just 1 night if you are crossing to other parts of Dominican Republic or need somewhere to crash that is very cheap.

Die Menschen sind arm und freundlich. Absolut zu bedauern.

Das Zimmer war erbärmlich klein. Keine Sitzgelegenheit. Auf der Toilette konnte man sich beim Sitzen gleichzeitig die Zähne putzen. Es war das schlimmste Zimmer was ich bei meinen Reisen je gehabt habe. Am Waschbecken nicht mal warmes Wasser. Für den Preis vollkommen überteuert.

Alles. Absolut keine Empfehlung.

Good Stay at the Batey Hotel

The restaurant was great and the check in staff and check out staff were also wonderful. It's close to the beach and all the action. We had to leave at 3:30am and taxi was right there waiting for us.

The guys who want to be your "beach worker" were just across the road and were kind of annoying. We were glad we got a room with a toilet for a few extra bucks.

Bien ubicado, excelente restaurante y camas muy cómodas. La persona de la recepción un 10. Las chicas del restaurante nos esperaron pese a que llegamos tarde. Todo muy bueno.

Du bon et du moins bon

quartier calme,près de l'aéroport Notre chambre à 2 lits,avec 2 salles de bains était très correcte,l'accueil sympathique.La salle de déjeuner est très agréable.

2 petits soucis,le quartier est calme mais tard dans la soirée,nous avons été réveillés 2fois par des claquements de porte et des bruits de voix de voisinsD'autre part,la réception était censée être ouverte 24 h sur 24 et nous avions besoin d'aide pour des renseignements de transport .On nous a dit le soir vous verrez demain matin de bonne heure à l'accueil mais le jardinier nous a dit qu'il n'y avait personne jusqu'à 9 h ??? trop tard pour nous

Pour une étape mais pas pour y rester

L'emplacement, la mise à disposition d'une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre, la décoration locale des parties communes avec des très beau tableaux.

La vétusté de la salle de bain, manquant d'un bon détartrage des robinets. La petit déjeuner n'est pas terrible et il manquait des produits pourtant inclus dans le menu.

Muy relajante, nos dio lo que buscábamos

Excelente, muy tranquilo, buen servicio a la hora de recibirnos, la Srta Eli fue muy atenta, simpática y servicial. De igual forma las chicas del restaurante también fueron muy amables.

Estadia ok para uma noite

Gostei muito do restaurante. A comida é muito boa, diferente e o ambiente é bem agradável. Há uma área da piscina bem charmosa também. Cama confortável. A localização do hotel é bem central, de fácil acesso.

O banheiro do quarto precisa de uma reforma e algumas coisas (suportes, dispensers) não funcionam. As áreas comuns do hotel também precisam de um cuidado melhor.

very close to the airport, their airport pick up/drop off was great and easy. The breakfast, included in the price, was also very yummy

The room was tiny, there was barely any room to maneuver with our 4 suitcases. The rooms were worn and clean, but our bathroom left a lot to be desired. Looks like they hadn't wiped or clean the shower, as it had soap residue in the hardware and soap dispenser. This is probably better suited for young backpackers.

Budget hotel close to beach.

Close to beach, shops and cafes. Secure parking and secure hotel premises. Good restaurant below/part of hotel. Decent breakfast.

Couldn’t get hot (or warm) water in shower. Surrounding streets appear unsafe at night, but perfectly fine during the day.

Agradable estancia para una corta visita.

Lo que más me gustó del alojamiento fue las instalaciones del hotel que eran pintorescas y muy bien cuidadas, un punto extra para el hotel ha sido el personal agradable, la comida del restaurante y que aceptaron quedarme con mi mascota que es una perra. La ubicación era perfecta para nosotras porque ha sido una estancia por escala de avión y el hotel está cerca del aeropuerto. No he podido disfrutar del entorno por lo corto de mi visita pero por comentarios de los lugareños la playa que está frente al hotel es aceptable.

La habitación tenía buen tamaño pero la limpieza no cumplía con los estándares, además había cierto deterioro en muebles y grifería del baño.

Todo mal, me dieron una habitación frente a la cocina el ruido no.me dejo descansar, no tienen balcón, en el desayuno no había de nada, ( mantequilla etc), me puse un bikini qué la chica no me dejo bañarme en la piscina porque dice que los hoteles hay niños cuando yo dura cuatro días en ese hotel y yo nunca mi niño por ningún lado y se supone que la piscina no se puede bañar como dice además le traje baño era normal piscina y encima yo tampoco iba estar sentada en el lobby con mi traje de baño, me dejaron parquear afuera porque ni siquiera me asignaron ningún tipo de parqueo ni me dieron la facilidad ni la oportunidad decir me puedes estacionar dentro , las habitaciones era muy ruidosa porque me tocó prende la cocina y el ruido de los platos todo el día hasta la noche es increíble no se puede descansar en el hotel , el baño es muy pequeño mi novio bastante grande y no que había dentro del baño, el aire no me dejaba dormir porque tenía sonido la noche completa apagando y prendiendo solo como si hubiera un fantasma en la habitación de mis peores estancias que tenido muchos años

Belle découverte, ambiance très agréable

L'accueil est très sympathique, l'hôtel a pris en charge notre transfert prévu le lendemain. C'est très sérieux. Le restaurant propose des plats à prix raisonnables. Tout est très bon et bien servi. Le petit déjeuner est servi à table. Très correct. L'ambiance est géniale, plantes, déco musique douce partout.. Coin piscine spa bien agréable et la plage en face.

Chambre un peu petite, Petit déjeuner un peu léger pour les gros appétits. Il manque une bouilloire

After 2 complains: don't stay in this Hotel.

We have been in this Hotel for one night in November. We liked the position, the parking and the breakfast in the lovely restaurant, but we had to complain, because they gave us 2 rooms just in the parking area, in a ugly and noisy position. We did not undestand why, because there were many empty rooms in the Hotel. We did not receive any answear or excuse for it. Since anyway we liked the position near the airport, we reserved 2 rooms for members of our family on March 14. We kindly asked the manager to avoid reserving us rooms in the parking area, even because our family members were arriving from Europe and leaving early in the morning to Puerto Plata. They garantized us to follow our wishes. With big surprise they did not care our complain and the fact, that we show our good will in being customers of the Hotel, reserving once more in the Hotel. They gave once more the ugliest rooms of the Hotel in the parking area. Moreover, when the guests got to the restaurant at 7.00 o'clock , the woman of the breakfast had not arrived, so at 7.20 they had to leave the Hotel without having breakfast. Therefore we considere, these people don't merit to have customers, they are not professionals and it seems they don't care to follow the business. Our suggestion is: don't stay in this Hotel, there are many other accommodations in the area.
