Un poco dececionante

Esta muy bien ubicada, y el trato del personal excelente

La habitación un poco pequeña, el lavabo dentro de la habitación y no en el baño,el secador de pelo prácticamente dentro del armario y la ventana dando frente al ascensor, las cortinas siempre tenían que estar cerradas por privacidad, ( el ascensor es de vidrio)

Stylisches Hotel in guter Lage.

Die Lage des Hotels. Fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, der Hafen und das Meer sowie die Altstadt sind zu Fuß problemlos zu erreichen. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr leckeres, reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Die gute Lage des Hotels wirkt sich ungünstig auf die Parksituation aus. Es gibt keine hoteleigenen Parkplätze. Das angegebene Parkhaus liegt fast 400 m entfernt, mit Koffern über unebene Bürgersteige und Straßen etwas beschwerlich.

Nella struttura a piano terra c'era un'odore di fogna molto forte e andrebbe assolutamente risolto in un hotel a 4 stelle. Nel nostro bagno mancava il vetro protettivo nella vasca.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in einem charmanten Hotel mit besonders freundlichem Personal

Das Hotel Palacete de Alamos ist ein reizendes Hotel mit außergewöhnlich freundlichen Mitarbeitenden. Das Frühstück war wunderbar, insbesondere, was die Anzahl an vorbereitetem Obst betrifft. Außerdem ist die Leiterin des Frühstück-Services besonders lobend zu erwähnen, die sehr zuvorkommend und kompetent ihre Arbeit verrichtete. Die Hotel-Lobby war sehr schön weihnachtlich geschmückt und man hatte einen gemütlichen - wenn auch kleinen - Rückzugsort, wenn man sich mal außerhalb des Zimmers mit anderen Familienmitgliedern treffen wollte. Dort gab es kostenlos eine große Tee-Auswahl (und ein kleines Süßigkeiten-Angebot).

Zimmer zur Calle Alamos sind mitunter etwas lauter als die im Seitenflügel, dafür haben sie aufgrund der schönen kleinen Balkone aber einen ganz besonderen Charme. Es gibt nichts Negatives zu erwähnen.

Lovely hotel, great city.

Great location for all the sights. Lovely breakfast. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Good size room for a city hotel and very clean and quiet (despite roadworks outside). Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Unfortunately there are major roadworks right outside the hotel at the moment, which makes vehicular access impossible and would be difficult for the less able. Would be difficult to access with big cases, we were ok with only hand luggage.

A lovely hotel which is a great find for a couple looking to get away and explore Malaga Old Town.

Delightful hotel in a great location. Very chic and hip. Perfect place to get away to for a couple of days. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Disappointed with stay

Facility had a budget feel. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was good.

Temporary problem, but major construction on road outside creating difficulties with access and noise. We felt that we should have been notified of this construction prior to our stay. Major problems with air conditioning and poor room ventilation. Bathroom needs towel racks and more hooks.

Enjoyed our visit to Malaga despite the rain.

Extremely helpful staff and great location even with the roadworks. Enjoyed our visit.

The hotel is basically fine.with a few flaws. The bathroom is dangerous, there is no safety mat in the bath to prevent slipping. It is dangerous to walk on the bathroom floor with wet feet, like an ice rink. There is little storage space if one is staying more than 1 or 2 nights, the drawers were very small. We were not unhappy with our stay and I rarely comment on sites but I thought these issues were worth bringing to your attention. I don't want you to publish this and cause difficulties for the hotel.

great location . We upgraded to a superior room which was very nice . All staff very helpful. There was a coffee machine in our room & you could help yourself to a huge selection of different flavour teas in the lounge area. Nothing to complain about .

OK but could have been better.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel and room was well cleaned. We didn't have a breakfast but the breakfast offer and room appeared well stocked and comfortable - we prefer to get out into the town for breakfast early.

I stress that the shortfall between the hotel and our expectations was not a "staff" issue - but we expected a ground floor room with a patio, balcony and a table & chair as per the photos on the site, along with a "City" view. What we got was a room on the 3rd floor with a small balcony insufficient to sit on and a view of the buildings across the street and the extensive road works taking place on the street. If you stood on the balcony and looked over the rooftops I suppose you could see the "City", but that's not exactly the "City View" implied in the description! We did ask to look at a room with a patio . . . but it was not a pleasant space and we didn't like the room. The room itself lacked storage - almost as if their usual guests stayed for only 1 or at most 2 nights - we were there for 5 nights and would have preferred to unpack our cases fully into drawers but the space provided was the bare minimum. We liked the location and the road works were not the fault of the hotel, and as I said earlier the staff were really good, but we have stayed in many 3, 4 and 5 star hotels over many years and I would not class the room, hotel and facilities as 4 star . . . . perhaps 3 and a half.

our room was on the 4th floor without a window and only way to cool was through AC that was rather noisy

A lovely hotel in a great location to explore Malaga with excellent and very helpful staff.

Some roadworks ongoing outside which meant taxi could not drop us at the door. This was not however intrusive with noise at night.
