Exclusive villa with open planning, built 2009 located in Björboholm on a high situated cape with a grand view over the beautiful lake Mjörn.
The villa is very well equipped. Wood floring with underwood heating in all rooms. Three fully tiled
bathrooms. The largest bathroom with a sauna and separate toilette. The kitchen is integrated with the living room, a total of app 90 m2. The kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliances. The living room has an open fireplace and exit on to a large terrace facing south and the lake. The terrace runs around three sides of the villa and has a beautiful bricked fireplace. Five bedrooms with total 8 beds. Media center with music through out the house and also speakers on the terrace. Wi-Fi. Carport for 2 cars.
Fishing; Mjörn is one of Sweden´s major lakes and very rich in fish

Traumhaft / Freundlich / Perfekt
Es war alles Super! Unkomplizierte Buchung. Bei Fragen haben wir sehr schnell eine Antwort vom Vermieter erhalten. Der Riesenvorteil für uns war auch, dass er deutsch spricht. Das Haus und die Umgebung ist ein Traum! Wir haben uns sehr Wohl und Willkommen gefühlt. Unser Urlaub war wunderschön und wir würden immer wieder das Haus buchen!

Erstklassiges Ferienhaus in exklusiver Lage
Dieses in modernen Architektur gebaute Ferienhaus "Villa Buaholm" überzeugte uns vom ersten Tag an durch seine rundum hochwertige, exklusive Ausstattung: angefangen von der großen, erstklassig ausgestatteten Küche mit sehr viel Arbeitsfläche über die geräumigen Bäder inkl. Sauna bis hin zum behaglichen Wohnbereich mit großem SAT-TV - und als Highlight die riesengroße Terasse um 3 seiten des Hauses mit einem überwältigenden Blick auf den See - es geht kaum besser!
Auch die Betreuung vorort durch die Inhaber-Familie war sehr zuvorkommend und stets freudlich.
Mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten zum Lebensmittelmarkt, in 20 Minuten in die Stadt Alingsas mit großer Fußgängerzone und allen Geschäften, die man sich wünschen kann, und zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten mitten im Wald mit viel Natur.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Objekt und die Lage am See sind in der Realität noch beeindruckender als im Prospekt.
Die Mieterfahrungen waren durchweg positiv. Die Kommunikation vor Ort war reibungslos und freundlich zugewandt.

Sehr schönes Haus an einem schönen See
Wir waren mit den Haus sehr zufrieden. Geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Angeln im See hat mit den gemieteten Boot gut funktioniert. Nur leider war es von recht wenig Erfolg gekrönt.
Das Haus verfügt über sehr viel Platz und eine hochwertige Ausstattung. Lediglich die Bestückung der Küche könnte etwas aufgestockt werden.

Einfach traumhaft
Ich kann alles in allem nur sagen das es einfach wunderschön war. Die Lage direkt am See ist fantastisch. Man steht morgens auf,schaut aus dem Fenster und bekommt einen einmaligen Blick über den See. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an Magnus und Ole für die fantastische Woche in Ihrem Haus.

Hervorragend!!!
Nach 10 Std. Autofahrt haben wir das Haus gleich finden können. Freundschaftlicher, persönlicher Empfang von Ulla-Britt und Olle, die zeitweise unweit in ihrer Sommerresidenz anwesend waren. Sie haben in deutscher Sprache alle unsere Fragen - wo was ist - beantwortet, war ganz einfach! Das Haus ist außerordentlich schön und gepflegt. Aus dem Haus und von der ca. 120 m2 große Terrasse hat man einen unglaublich schönen Blick über den See - einfach unvergeßlich! Außerdem wurde uns das schöne, weiße Badehaus mit Steg zur Verfügung gestellt, ca. 250 m Entfernung vom Haus, ebenso ein Boot mit Außenborder, welches wir aber nicht nutzten. Die Natur ist unbeschreiblich schön, kein Rummel weit und breit! Auch für Kinder einfach ideal! Göteborg, ca. 35 Minuten, ist eine wunderschöne Stadt! Ulla-Britt und Olle, wir kommen gerne wieder in Euer wunderbares Haus.

Tolles Haus mit fantastischem Blick auf den Mjörnsee
Wir hatten zehn schöne Urlaubstage am Mjörnsee und haben uns im Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Blick auf den See ist wirklich fantastisch. Das Haus hat eine wunderbare Größe, sodass sich auch jeder mal zurückziehen kann (wir waren zu sechst dort)
Auch wenn das Wetter wechselhaft war und unsere Angelversuche erfolglos blieben, haben wir die Ausflüge auf und um den See sehr genossen.
Ulla-Britt und Olle sind sehr nett und haben uns zu Beginn Alles gezeigt. Auch die Begegungen während des Aufenthaltes waren sehr angenehm.

Wunderschönes Haus mit perfekter Aussicht
Wir haben knapp 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Es war alles da, was man im Haus und rund herum benötigt. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder und hatten ausreichend Platz, jede Familie hatte ein „eigenes Stockwerk“ mit eigenen Bad. Die Aufteilung ist wirklich super!
Das Haus, der Garten, das Bootshaus und das Badhaus sind super gepflegt.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Auch die Gastgeber haben uns herzlich empfangen, uns alles gezeigt und waren immer für Fragen offen.
Klare Empfehlung für dieses Haus!!! Wir würden auf jedenfalls wiederkommen.

Das wunderbare Haus liegt in einer sensationellen Natur. Wasser, Stein und Wald komponieren eine herrliche Umgebung, die einlädt zu Unternehmungen zu Land und zu Wasser. Einfach toll!

Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub
Liebe Ulla Britta und Olle,
der Urlaub in eurem Haus war unvergesslich. Ihr wart tolle Gastgeber und in dem Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Einrichtung ist super gemütlich und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Der tägliche Blick auf den See durch die riesigen Fenster ist ein Traum. Wir haben sogar einen 40ten Geburtstag und eine Verlobung gefeiert. Ich würde dieses Juwel jedem weiter empfehlen.

Tolles Haus in traumhafter Lage
Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche übrig und die Lage ist nicht zu toppen. Direkt am See mit sehr großer Terrasse und Göteborg in ca. einer halben Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Küche war top ausgestattet und für die Kinder gab es sogar einen Sandkasten.
Die Vermieter haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und waren während des Aufenthalts auch sehr hilfsbereit und standen für Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Toll war, dass wir uns das Motorboot einen Tag lang ausleihen durften.
Einziger Kritikpunkt war die Sauberkeit. Anscheinend kam die Reinigungskraft an unserem Anreisetag zu spät, so waren z.B. Badschränke und die Herdplatte nicht sauber.
Alles in allem aber absolut zu empfehlen!

This is a really beautiful house - very large, modern, luxurious and well-equipped. Quiet location with panoramic views over the lake and yet within easy access of both Alingsas and Gothenburg. The bath house was absolutely charming but we thought the lake was too cold for swimming. Owners very friendly and helpful. We went cycling in Gothenburg, which was lovely, but our best days out were north of Gothenburg on the spectacularly rocky coastline. It is a great place to stay but, in our opinion, guests wanting to see Sweden need to be willing to get in the car and travel quite far each day. Only real downside was the weather - it was wetter even than Scotland!

We stayed for 1 week at this beautiful house. We could not wish for anything more, everything was there: a big - well equipped- kitchen, a really large livingroom, good beds, and more than enough closets for clothes and jackets and shoes, etc. Altough the wheather could have been better, we have had a good time. There is a fireplace and a good sauna, that kept us warm! The "garden" is really big, big enough to take a walk, (often we saw deer!), also the boathouse and the bath house are nice extras that makes this house special. We went to Alingsås which is a nice town, with good supermarkets and small shops, worth a visit. Also do not forget the Brobacka Kaffestuga, for coffee, cake and lunch! Just perfect! We are thinking about returning in near future, with friends, as there is enough space for everybody. It is also good to know that the owners are there whenever you need them, very friendly and helpful.

The wonderful lake house made a perfect holiday. Plenty of options for bathing, rowing, fishing and treking around the house and the surrounding area. Or just relax enjoying the panoramic view.
