Location, view, comfort its fantastic place!

Suite finished to a high standard, very comfortable, particularly temperature control wise at this time of year!
Lots of nice little touches like the lovely Stephen cordons diffusers and the loose tea selection, and always like robe/slippers addition. We had breakfast delivered to the room to make the most out of our room, and the breakfast itself was a really lovely mix for a continental… the pistachio crossaint was one of the best I’ve had!
Bed was luxurious and comfortable, with good pillows that didn’t just collapse!
Very nice bathroom with great size and pressure of shower.
Very well equipped kitchen, would be perfect if you were staying self catering for a few nights.
The only thing that let the room down was that the towels didn’t smell quite as fresh as they should, and whilst soft, they were a bit worn.

Modern, stylishly furnished, functional, comfortable suite, comfortable large bed, large bathroom, friendly staff. Great views over Valetta harbor from the shared roof terrace. We enjoyed the great view from there every evening.
Central location, all sights, bars, restaurants are within walking distance, airport shuttle available.
Breakfast was sufficient and could be taken in the breakfast room, in the suite or on the roof terrace.
We didn't have any view from the room, but the roof terrace was amazing.

Nothing
This was the worst stay of our 3 week vacation.
1. The check-in process was an awful experience with on site staff having limited knowledge about how to check guests in. Despite paying and having already dropped our bags in the morning, we were left with the impression that we would not be able to access our room for the stay. It took too long to contact anyone from the hotel who had the relevant information. There was no place to wait or sit whilst trying to sort the issues out.
2. The breakfast was of poor quality
3. As per previous reviews...the hot tub was still not heated/usable

Clean elegant rooms, though ours was a little tight (overfurnished?). Suggest you upgrade to rooms with balcony/exterior windows (ours on level 1 looked out into airshaft and down into breakfast room). Breakfast was adequate, not plush. Location was quite convenient to all of the old town. No complaints, just not quite as much as we'd hoped

Beautiful terrace, modern design, good tea selection, friendly stuff
Aircon didn’t work properly, it was hot and stuffy, pillows were too hard. The whole impression out of the hotel isn’t very pleasant - it’s dark, damp and tight with no reception. First we couldn’t enter the building because an email with entering details never arrived and sms arrived late. On our second day of stay I asked room clean only to bring a bottle of water and to keep towels but got the opposite - no water but all towels changed - not very eco friendly. I’d be happier with the place if it costed it’s real price ~150 per night but for 220 I expected something better.

Fantastic location, room was spacious and beautifully equipped and furnished and exceptionally clean. Really exceeded our expectations. The staff were really helpful and lovely. Highly recommend for a central Valletta location. Very, very good!
Nothing, loved it!

Beautifull boutique hotel in the centre of Valetta. Easy walking distance to local cafes and the central shopping area. Very comfortable room with excellent facilities and small, but functional kitchen. Lovely building with traditional features including a famous Valetta balcony. The view from the roof top garden is stunning and the perfect place to watch the sunset. Lovely extras (chocolates, wine and a candle!), nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Excellent boutique hotel! Stayed at the penthouse suite for 8 nights and couldn’t really fault this hotel. It’s definitely for the more independent traveller as there’s no reception as such, but the staff are on hand at most times of day and incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast to the room at no extra charge we loved. The view from the penthouse is incredible and the room is large and well equipped. Can’t really fault anything
Only minor feedback would be more consistent water provision in the room - not provided every day and sometimes added when we already had some left but then not left when we were out. But this was a very very minor thing!

The location was perfect in the heart of Valetta. Amazing views, clean, modern design.
We really thought from photos that we will enjoy the jacuzzy on the rooftop with seaview terrace. Unfortunately, since day one it was freezing cold & we said 10 times that it doesn’t work and they promised “tomorrow” it will work. Guess what… four days stay and it never became warm and usable… very disapointing. :-(

Great breakfast
Advised access to building was until 23:59 on departure day. We left our bags after check out, so we even checked with staff would be OK. Returned to get bags and could not get in. Had to phone from outside door to get entry.

The suites are absolutely fantastic, very modern and brilliant for our family of 4. Spotlessly clean. Great location within 10 seconds of bars, cafes, ice cream shop and restaurants. All staff, housekeeping and breakfast lady very friendly and most welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. A knock on our door every teatime to see if we needed anything was a lovely touch. Will definitely return.
Perfect stay, loved every minute. Had a fabulous time

Everything about this apartment was fabulous, the cleanliness, comfort, size and the many extras. Home away from home. The staff were all amazing and helpful. Location 10 out of 10. Definately stay again on our next trip to Valletta.

Stayed in the penthouse suite, which is very spacious and has excellent view to the Grand Harbour and Three Cities. Very much enjoyed the hot tub on the terrace. Comfortable bed, great rain shower.
The heating in the room did not work. We had asked for breakfast in the room at 7.30am due to a meeting at 8am, but by 7.45am it became clear the staff had forgotten about us.

the service, the beautiful room and the breakfast
unfortunately the Jacuzzi wasn’t working, but it was alright

Perfect location in between Saint Paul's church and the renovated food market, great staff, beautiful maisonette, great breakfast

This is a beautifully renovated hotel in a perfect location on a small quit street just steps to great restaurants, cafes and of course history at every turn. located next to St Paul Shipwreck Co-Cathedral where they have a simple mass every night at 1800. not the grandiose of St Johns, but the beauty of a local…no tourist sanctuary! incredible! this is what dreams and memories are made of. it’s hard not to cry a bit at the simple beauty that surrounds you. We stayed in the presidential suit that has a private hot tub on your private terrace…first time we’ve ever had such a luxury! The water was changed on the day of our arrival…just reinforcing the strict cleaning protocols employed by this hotel. Spend a couple dollars more for this room…it’s well worth it. if you don’t get that room there’s a roof top terrace beautifully furnished and a super clean hot tub to relax in after a full day of walking
amazing experience!
no complaints at all. fabulous!

location is excellent for central Valletta, easily accessible by a range of forms of transport. Suite was clean and well prepared. As it happens, my back account had been blocked due to the bank suspecting fraudulent transactions. The caretaker on my arrival was extremely pleasant and helpful and the property management were very understanding and allowed an informal, cash payment to resolve.
On first day of stay, the hot water took a long time to warm up
