The beach is lovely and we felt safe. The staff is helpful. They have a lovely arraiá party and a pizza place.
The rooms are outdated, and some rooms are disgusting. I was highly disappointed since it’s not a cheap holiday. The bed linen is something else! The pillows are hard, as well as the mattress. If you like comfort and cleanliness, that’s not the place for you.

The property is a great place to come with your family, specially if you have kids. Several pools, clubs for small kids, bigger kids and teens. There is food 24/7 and a variety of cuisine to choose from during your stay. The pizza restaurant has good pizza, but plan to arrive one hour before it opens, if you want to be seated right away.
Booked the hotel two-three months ago for a price and when I got there, they said the price I booked it for was cheaper and they charged me more for my stay. I NEVER had this happen if any hotels I ever booked through booking.
Not very clean. Had the same ball of hair rolling around in our hallway for 3 days. Corners of ceilings with dust bunnies. Dirty walls in the buildings. I did see them painting the walls, later in the week.
Unkept. For the amount of money you pay, some of the areas look very shabby. Lounge chairs broken, missing a screw, broken furniture in the rooms. Toilets leaking water.
Food is ok. Good variety on the main restaurant. The food in the specialty restaurants should be of better quality. Most of the time the meat was too well done. No vegetarian/vegan main dish on most of the specialty restaurants ( with exception of Italian and pizza restaurant). Hamburger restaurant should have had veggie patties and didn’t.They do offer salad, but there is so much salad you can eat every evening. The hamburger place didn’t even offer salad.
No WhatsApp number or easier way to contact services if you are in your room. The only way of doing it is to reach out to the reception desk that not always answer.
The hotel’s beach is pretty, but not safe. The sea current is super strong and pulls from different directions.

The infrastructure is amazing. The thematic dinner was great.
The music was awful, it kinda ruined our relaxation by the pool. They mostly play sertanejo and we hated it.
The food buffet was okay but we were expecting more taste.
It’s very difficult to get a spot by the pool because everyone seemed to throw their towels first thing in the am to mark their place. The hotel should manage that “implicit booking” better.

Staff, pools, bars, night shows, facilities, location, spacious room (changed from 1st offered). Great entertainment room to watch the World Cup.
Pricey for what's offered: no chocolate dessert options for lunch, only 1 brand of rum, only water in the mini-fridge (missing coke, beers, liquor....). An absurd situation happened when they wanted to charge me for getting the plastic room key (I declined to pay and returned it)

kids absolutely loved the pool and being able to order shakes and drinks at all times- as well as the gelato bar.
the quality of the food is subpar- in an area where mangoes can be found in every possible turn of a corner, it is absolutely unforgivable that there are no mangoes made available for breakfast or for drinks. Same applies for passion fruit- they were available for drinks every other day (?). Fried food / not tasty food is in abundance- but as I said, if you don mind your kids having soft drinks and popsicles all day long for a few days , they will be happy. The food at night is so not good, except for the pizza… everything else was just not good.
The rooms are called “deluxe” but there is nothing deluxe about them. the sheets and the towels are not 100% cotton , which for Brasil it is saying something. The hotel is super clean though, and so were the sheets and the towels but I had to ask to get newer looking towels pretty much every day. the ones they would leave at the bathroom were definitely greyish / brown- when they were supposed to be white. Same at the beach- worn out towels every day. for the kind of money that we paid, I was expecting better food, better sheets/towels, overall better attitude of the people at the bar…

Loved the various pool types - adult ones, wave pools, pool for kids and even one for young babies/toddlers. Also loved the option for sandy seating areas without having to go to the beach. As a mum to a toddler I really appreciated the dedicated kitchens allocated in each building to prepare meals for babies, wash nursing related items and utensils and the availability of milk, fresh fruit and porridge that’s provided fresh everyday.
How confusing it is to go anywhere, the signage they have is not adequate or good. They need better signage and more of it everywhere. Food could be better, while the restaurant food like the pizza (their best restaurant) and the French were delicious, the buffet quality was disappointing with very little healthy options. They had a diet section but it was very basic and just some vegetables and fruits. A little renovation/decoration to make it look less like a staff canteen and more a resort buffet restaurant would be a good move as well.

This is an awesome hotel, third year in a row we stay there. The staff is great, the location is awesome and the hotel is full of activities for adults and children.
It should improve the experience in the restaurants. The menu is not attractive when you stay longer 4-5 days, and the special restaurants like the pizza place needs improvements in the scheduling process, the restaurant size and the serving process which has huge gaps, like not serving (or delaying a lot) simple pizzas like mozzarella, the preferred flavor for kids. It looks like the "chef" have his/her own opinion about what to prioritize, and this is completely disconnected from the customers, as some people get pretty mad because of waiting 40 minutes for a simple pizza to their kids.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were great. The view is beautiful, the common areas were always clean and it was easy to find staff to help us during our stay. The activities were great, for all ages.
Staff is simply great, they're nice and very helpful. Especially the Tapioca lady preparing tapiocas for breakfast.
The check in was not smooth and the early check in I requested was not available, and I was not informed of it. If it wasn't for that, I would have planned to arrive later than I did. We ended up waiting for 2h until our rooms became available. This was very disappointing, but it is on the Hotel, not the staff fault.
The restaurants didn't have many vegetarian options, though. The room furniture were old and the bed sheets were not changed to clean ones while we stayed there.

Close to the beach and downtown.
Places to eat always crowded and not well cleaned. Also, there is a good amount of restaurants, but with limited times to use it.

As bebidas do all inclusive deveriam ser Premium (whisky e vodka por exemplo)

The resort infrastructure is amazing, it’s a beachfront hotel surrounded by pools and gardens. The cleanliness is good and the stronger point here it’s how friendly the whole staff are.
During every days spent there, the resort was quite full. It was hard to find a free seat next to the pools, It was crowded. The hotel needs to deal with it ASAP.
If you are looking for a place to be in like a party with friends, for drinking and eating all you can, those is a nice one. But if you would like to have a place for relax with your wife, maybe you should reconsider it. By the way, take care with the strong waves.
