Muy limpio, cama comodísima, y con buena ubicación.
La bajada del vehiculo al parking es a través de un ascensor que puede ser un poco claustrofóbico para algunas personas.

The hotel is very well situated close to the pedestrian area of the centre. The underground parking (u need to reserve) is very convenient and for €20 also affordable. The staff wad very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Breakfast ok, but basic. Toiletries also very basic. But all in all absolutely value for money. I do recommend

good location and nice modern hotel.
WiFi was spotty

The location was superb - so central with all sightseeing places within easy walking distance.
The room was just what we needed - a very comfortable bed, a great bathroom (especially the vast shower), a useful seating area plus simple but adequate cooking facilities.
All OK

Large room. Comfortable bed.
Room very over heated. Kitchen area very sparsely equipped. Expensive parking.

The room is enormous and the beds are very comfortable, and I just loved falling asleep and waking up to the view of La Antigua. Even though the hotel is in the heart of the historical centre and we visited during the busy season, the room was really quite and peaceful. The shower is really spacious and the bathroom floor is heated, which was a very nice touch during our winter visit. The hotel's underground parking is 19.50 euros, which I feel is a standard price for hotels and is only 4-5 euros more expensive than the overnight parking nearby.
There's no microwave or tea kettle to boil water (only the coffee machine with filters, although there are no complementary coffee nor filters), so I had to boil tea water in a pot. Interestingly though, there is an oven in case you want a pizza for your late snack.

We had a deluxe suite. The room was a good size, reasonably well furnished, with comfortable beds. The bathroom (shower only) was excellent. And the kitchen was very well-equipped from the electrical point of view (hob, microwave, fridge freezer, etc)
Evidently the management have never tried to use one of these rooms. For example, the marketing says "Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, minibar, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary utensils to enjoy your stay." Well, there was no sharp knife, no cutting board, no corkscrew, no wine glasses, no dishcloth, no washing-up liquid and so on. Then, there was nice table at which to eat, but only one chair.

The quality of the fixtures and fittings 5 star and location perfect.
There is no point having apartment if you cannot use anything. We paid for a suite but the kitchen was for looks only. Not one single teabag/coffee supplement. No cloth or liquid to wash up, or a tea towel. 2 plates!! Dishwasher but nothing to use in it to put it on. No kettle to make a drink. Clearly we were not meant to use the kitchen. Even the bathroom has one soap for all toiletries. This could be tolerated if the rest wasn't so absolutely mean. What is the point in paying for a kitchen that cannot be used. They promote their wine and not even a wine glass in the kitchen!!! 2 star hotels and pension provide more than what they did. It was a shame because the quality of the apartment itself was 5 star.
