Stay away from this place!

I left this review on Google as well expressing my huge disappointment about the fact that this hotel has high reviews but they are not at all true. After checking in we had to change the room as their AC had an issue and was making a loud squeaky noise that was unbearable to support and would not let you sleep. The next room was worst as it had a drainage issue and the bathroom door would not close the handle you physically had to apply force to close it. The cleaning staff was nice trying their best to accommodate your request through sign language as English was not spoken. The breakfast was expired, eggs were cold and rest of the food was probably cooked 2-3 days before. In my case I experienced one of the worst food poisoning ever, and my entire back got full in small bites like chicken pox. Apart from the location there was nothing in this hotel that made us feel happy.

Don’t stay here

The front is pretty and it is in a lovely location close to old town Phuket

The first room we were in had sick splattered up the wall so we complained and they moved us. Then, because we wanted twin beds, they moved us again. There was blood on the shower curtain in the third room so I complained and they checked to make sure it was dry as if they thought I might have done it. They then called a cleaner in to wipe it down. The shower was dirty with scum where the floor met the walls and there was hair around the sink. The pool was dirty and couldn’t be used

Relaxing stay in Phuket

This was a very relaxing stay. The lobby and the pool are outstanding. It smells really good in the hotel. There was some water damage on the ceiling in our room, but I still very much enjoyed the overall look and feel. Bed is comfortable, location is great, staff is wonderful.

Great hotel for a short stay. Even the pool area was terrific!

We stayed here to be close to the Rassada Pier as we arrived late and had an early morning ferry to Phi Phi Island. The staff were warm, welcoming, lovely and accommodating. Lovely comfortable bedrooms, and a great breakfast in the morning.

Good value for money

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Pool could do with a good clean. We stayed here on two occasions whilst travelling around Thailand and the bottom of the pool was quite dirty and therefore we didn’t make use of it.

Exceptional

The location was perfect walking distance from any restaurants and boat trips to the islands. The room had an amazing view of greenery and mountains, highly recommend. Staff were super helpful and quick to help with any advice.

Had a pleasant stay at Pearl Hotel

Location was an excellent place in Old Phuket Town, situated within various hair salons, nice cafes and the famous Sunday Night Market within walking distance. The breakfast options were limited but the quality of the food was excellent. The restaurant above the hotel served amazing authentic Chinese cuisines, bonus points for the view of the phuket skylines too! Friendly and helpful staff.

The TV in the hotel was small and old.

Overall, the hotel is worth staying at.

Our room was incredibly clean and the staff were extremely profession for the entirety of our stay. The hotel is located right near Phuket Old Town making it easy to wander around during the day.

However, it is slightly far from the beaches (Patong Beach, etc.) and other attractions meaning you have to be willing to pay a bit of money for a taxi if you want to go anywhere.

Location, Cleanliness, the Modern Design of Lobby and the reception area was good. On the main road near to several bus stops. The breakfast was amazing and being Muslim we had a number of bread and fruite options. Would love to stay again.

Basen Tap was too small and far away from the access. The water pressure was low as well.

Very average, somewhat disappointing

In terms of location for Phuket Old Town, the hotel is situated nicely. The room was clean and fine to stay in for a night or two. The staff were very nice and the pool area was lovely.

The lid on the kettle was broken and the beds slid around as they were on wheels so we found ourselves wedging items under the bed to stop them moving at night! I would not suggest getting room service. We were highly disappointed as we ordered the first night and it took over an hour to come, and the quality of the food wasn’t worth that wait. Due to flooding the next day, we were stuck in the hotel and headed up to the rooftop restaurant for some better quality (we hoped) food. However, once we hit the 12th floor, we were welcomed with darkness. The restaurant was in fact closed and so we had to give the room service another chance or starve. The same issues again, it took over an hour to come - despite the hotel seeming like a ghost town - and it just wasn’t worth it.

Modern room with good wifi, big and comfortable beds. Nice staff and a standard breakfast.

Pool area wasnt the cleanest and rooms weren't the cleanest. Cleaners came round as early as 9am to service the room.

Superb

The rooms were decent size for our family, very clean, the staff were very friendly and the buffet lunch was great, and more importantly, the staff at the restaurant were super brilliant. The only reason not to give 10 out of 10 is the fact that the hotel itself did not have a travel desk which I'd expect in a 4-star rated hotel.

No travel desk. Away from city.

the room wasnt clean well, plastic waste of last guest still there and theres hair strand everywhere in the room. the bed is with stain, mattress pillow not comfortable at all.
