This 18th Century barn conversion is set in the heart of Northumberland, just 10 minutes walk from the village of Longframlington.
This 18th Century semi-detached brick barn conversion is situated in unspoiled open countryside, just 10 minutes walk from the pretty village of Longframlington. Lovingly restored and well presented throughout, the spacious accommodation offers a well-equipped kitchen with limestone floors, granite work surfaces and multi fuel range cooker, in addition to three bedrooms and a cosy sitting room with beautiful oak floors, a wood-burning stove and stunning views over open countryside. The large garden room also offers great views across the landscaped gardens.
Amenities: Oil central heating with multi-fuel stove in sitting room and underfloor heating in bathrooms. Multi-fuel range cooker with double oven, slow cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 4 x LCD TVs, DVD, CD player/cassette/radio, WiFi. Fuel, power and initial supply of logs/coal inc. in rent. Bed linen, towels and 6 bathrobes inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Landscaped garden with lawned area and patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 20 mins walk.

Just a short drive away is the restored Augustinian Brinkburn Priory, set along the banks of the River Coquet. Just 10 minutes drive to the west is the National Trust's Cragside House and Gardens, whilst the Heritage Coast is only 15 minutes in the opposite direction, offering miles of clean sandy beaches. The historic town of Alnwick, with its impressive Castle and Garden is also close by and well worth visiting as the filming location for the Harry Potter films. The spectacular National Park is also within easy reach adding a number of walking and cycling routes to this wonderful location.

A fabulous holiday property within easy reach of Cragside and the coast.
Every day was filled with a great visit and meal. Warkworth and Amble were the real surprise although Alnwick and Holy Island were as good expected
