In our lovingly newly furnished and fully equipped apartment you sleep comfortably in high-quality box spring beds. Centrally located, it offers the ideal starting point for your stay in Berlin. Cleanliness and hygiene are very important to us. In just a few stations you can reach the most famous sights such as B. the Messe Berlin, the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie / Friedrichstraße, the Eastside Gallery, the KaDeWe, the Kurfürstendamm ...
The 70 m² apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room and 1 kitchen with an inviting dining area incl. Living area with comfortable sofa bed and HD TV with international HD channels on a flat screen. WLAN / Wifi is available free of charge.
The building was completed in 2017 according to the latest standards. a. via an elevator and balcony with a view of Lietzensee. The apartment is on the 1st OG.
The bedrooms are equipped with high quality king size box spring double beds and wardrobes. On request, we can prepare the two sofa beds for 2 people (room 1 & living area) and provide travel cots (60x120 cm) and highchairs. Please contact us before you travel.
In the bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, we provide our guests with towels, hair dryer, soap and shampoo.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge-freezer, induction hob & oven, extractor hood, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, dishwasher and a variety of small items and extras ...

In just a few stations you can reach the most famous sights such as B. the Charlottenburg Palace, the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie / Friedrichstrasse, the Eastside Gallery, Berlin Zoo, KaDeWe, Kurfürstendamm, Messe Berlin ....
Numerous shops, supermarkets (including organic), bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, snack bar only 100 meters away.
A large Berlin wall city map is in the apartment for your orientation. We provide smaller folding maps with markings of tourist attractions, underground and S-Bahn network and sights for our guests to take with them.

V. 5% of the pure overnight price (without service fees) up to a stay of max. 21 days. This city tax must be paid separately in cash by the guest on arrival. Long-term rentals and verifiable business trips are excluded.
Check-in and check-out times are flexible on request and subject to availability. We guarantee the arrival time from 2 p.m. - if available, earlier. The apartment is available until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Wonderful safe place to stay. Amazingly clean and quiet apartment located near a park and easy access to shops and food.

Etwas enttäuschend
Die Lage ist gut, allerdings war das Zimmer zur Straße heraus und sehr laut. Zwar kann man bei geschlossenen Fenstern den Lärm kaum noch wahrnehmen, aber dann wird es sehr warm in den Zimmern und eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht (es werden Ventilatoren zur Verfügung gestellt). Die Wohnung war leider nicht ganz den Bildern entsprechend, da das Apartment schon ziemlich abgenutzt ist und leider auch nicht ganz sauber war. Auf Nachfrage wurde nochmals eine Reinigungsfirma zu uns geschickt. Die Messer sind völlig abgestumpft, so dass man wirklich nichts damit schneiden kann. Das Sieb der Spülmaschine war mit Dreck verstopft, so dass diese nicht benutzt werden konnte bzw. überhaupt nicht sauber wusch. Auch mit der Waschmaschine gab es Probleme. Die Deckel passten nicht auf die Töpfe. Die Dusche war völlig mit Kalk verdreckt. Die Betten waren bequem. Einen so hohen Preis für dieses Apartment zu verlangen, ist jedoch wirklich völlig unverhältnismäßig.

Very Nice apartment well equipped
The Apartment was very nice with all equipment you need . Near by the metro and S bahn to the center of Berlin . Communication with the owner quickly and correct.
I recommend this apartment for a pleasant stay in Berlin

The flat is clean and well equipped with amenities. Close to lots of public transport and lots of neighbourhood cafes and eateries. The owners are very prompt in responding to queries. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, and would happily book again!

Sehr schöne und toll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und top ausgestattet. Vor allem in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Zudem ist die Lage ideal für Ausflüge, da in 5 Minuten Fußweg eine U-Bahn Station liegt. Direkt vor der Tür gibt es einen Bäcker und 200m weiter einen Supermarkt.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We enjoyed our stay in this new apartment. All of the essentials were there. The neighborhood was quiet at night and there were 2 grocery stores within one block to buy supplies. There were several restaurants conveniently located nearby and also a park just across the street with a lovely little lake. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in this new apartment. All of the essentials were there. The neighborhood was quiet at night and there were 2 grocery stores within one block to buy supplies. There were several restaurants conveniently located nearby and also a park just across the street with a lovely little lake. I would stay here again.

Sehr schöne, helle und freundliche Wohnung - zentral gelegen
Wir hatten zu fünft ein super schönes langes Wochenende in Berlin. Die Wohnung war ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um am morgen gemeinsam an dem großen Tisch in der hellen Küche zu frühstücken unseren Tag zu planen.

Reibungslos geklapt
Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut und auch die Betten waren bequem. Die grosse Strasse nebenan hört man auch gut, sonst mit Öffentlichem Verkehr gut angebunden.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Wir waren sehr zufriden und glücklich in der Wohnung, die genau wie auf den Bildern modern und neu renoviert ist. Sie hat alles, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht.
Die Lage ist wie beschrieben sehr günstig, U-Bahn, Bus und Supermarkt sind ganz nah.
Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Tolles Apartment in sehr guter Lage
Das Apartment entspricht absolut den Fotos.
An der Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt.
Es liegt im Herzen von Charlottenburg und ist verkehrstechnisch sehr gut angebunden.
Die U-Bahn liegt ganze 500 Meter weit weg.
Man ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten in der City.
Ein Rewe oder Lidl sind in der Nähe.
Auch sind Bäckereien fussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen.
Als Sehenswürdigkeit ist das Schloß Charlottenburg ebenfalls fussläufig in der Nähe.
Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.
Die Vermieterin hatte bei Fragen sehr kurze Reaktionszeiten.

Sehr schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung. Sehr gut ausgestattet.
Gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. In 15 Minuten am zoologischen Garten.
