Pinheiros (Pine Trees) is a luxury 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house which is fully furnished to a high standard. Set within beautiful landscaped grounds and gardens in the exclusive Vila Dos Principes within the Praia D'el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The house which has the sun all day is situated in a quiet, south-west facing location with views of 9th Fairway and shares 3 large heated swimming pools within 50 - 200m. The Golf Club House, Practice Area and 1st Tee are all within a few minutes walk. There are also tennis courts with a teaching academy and a 5* Marriott Hotel with health spa nearby within the resort. You have the choice of miles of spectacular beach or Obidos lagoon for water sports and swimming in the sea. Enjoy your drinks on the terrace with the sound of the sea.

We enjoyed staying in this nice apartment - lots of space, good surroundings, no noise from traffic and well equipped. And it was easy to get in contract with the owner or other relevant persons. Highly recommendable. Just remember you need a car if you want to go to cities nearby.

Great communication from booking the property until our day of arrival - and a welcome pack of many essentials is a lovely touch. Plenty of space in the town house and nice outdoor areas to sit and have breakfast and lunch. Fantastic location for the pools and golf driving range/practice area. The golf clubhouse is a short walk too if you don't want to get the car for food and drink.

The house is very nice and fitted well for a family of 6+baby I would highly recommend it for golfers and for a chill vacation for adults. Car is necessary for grocery shopping and restaurants.

We enjoyed the house, it was comfortable and clean and had enough space for 6 persons. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden. You will definitely need a car since the resort is quite far from other villages in the area, for example it's a 20 minute drive to Peniche.

We've been to Praia d'el Rey before, but never so close to the clubhouse, driving range etc. which we enjoyed a lot. Being in a separated area (gate) we felt safe leaving the surfboards on the car (though shouldn't be a problem in the entire complex). The closest of three pools (30 s away) is very big and we had it for ourselves the times we went there in the afternoon. The house lacked nothing and we would return there whenever we had the chance.

A estadia foi sem dúvida muito agradável a casa envontrava-se muito limpa e muito agradável. Espero em repetir a estadia novamente. Agradecida por deixarem alimentos o wue evitou ir logo as compras. A única coisa que alterava era os horáriosde check in que seria as 14h e o check out ao 12h.

The house is beautiful and the place where it is inserted is fantastic. Everything was very clean and tidy, the house is even better in real life than in the photo, there is plenty of space. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub hier. Ein tolles und gepflegtes Haus direkt in einer Golfanlage. Es ist alles vorhanden. Küche ist super ausgestattet und die Schlafzimmer sind sehr groß mit hellen Bädern. Wir raten allerdings zu einem Mietwagen, da der nächste Supermarkt etwas weiter weg liegt. Die Kommunikation mit Gordon war klasse.

Het huis is gelegen in een afgesloten residentie binnen het resort Praia d’el Rei. Wij hadden het hier enorm naar onze zin. De 3 zwembaden zijn prachtig gelegen in perfect onderhouden tuinen. Het huis is een en al comfort; ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. De stranden in de buurt zijn adembenemend mooi. Prachtige zondondergangen!

Great holidays, great house!

My family and I had a great time at this townhouse at Praia del Rey. The condominium is definitely the best there. Very well located in the middle of the resort, steps away from the clubhouse and a children's playground, and walking distance to the beach. In my opinion it has the best advantages of being in a top condominium (private access, safety, large common areas,beautiful gardens, heated pools, paddling pools for). However, it also offers a lot of privacy. It is unbelievable how quiet it was, (it was August!), you cannot even feel the neighbors. Furthermore, the people you see there are all very nice, mostly families with kids from different nationalities (British, Portuguese, Spanish, French) which make a very cosmopolitan atmosphere. So it is a great options for families with kids, so they can meet and play with some other kids. Inside, the house is very nice and comfortable. Very well equipped, we traveled with two small kids and we found all we needed (cot, high chair, tableware, etc). You can feel that the owners really enjoy renting their house, and provide all the necessary information to make your stay unique and special. You can find a lot of helpful information about activities to do, places to visit, etc. In case there is any issue, the person who manages the property and the housekeeping services reacts immediately to solve any problem. Great choice.

The villa is superb. It's well equipped, clean and provides everything to have a lovely stay. The house is distributed into two floors. On the ground floor you can find a double room, a bathroom, a huge living room and a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, dishwasher,...). On the first floor there are another two big rooms with en suite bathroom and one of them has a big terrace. Outside the house there is a barbecue and another terrace that leads to a big garden. The house is less than two minutes walk to two of the swimmingpools of the resort. The contact with the owner via email is fluent and accurate, and he even provided us with a high chair and a cot for the baby. Peniche is not far away and there you will find everything you need for leisure and shopping. I highly recommend this villa, and I definitely would pick up this villa if I ever go back to Peniche.

Superb clean and well equipped house in lovely gated complex. The pool was literally 2 minutes walk away which was great for our daughter. The house was clean and very well maintained. Golf course and clubhouse all very close. Town of Peniche only a short car journey away with its great fish restaurants and surfing beaches. Would definitely return to location and property. Excellent holiday.

What a fantastic place! the villa is located in a very well kept gated community with beautiful landscaping and several large pools. Golf courses and the ocean are in walking distance. the beaches are simply amazing and virtually empty! The villa itself is very well equipped and spacious enough to easily accommodate a party of six. i cannot think of one thing we found missing and we actually spent most evenings at home cooking our own meals. we took our kids (aged 5 and 2) plus a friend and it was the perfect vacation for everyone. there is plenty to do nearby: all kinds of sports, sightseeing etc. we had a fantastic time and are looking to return very soon. highly recommended!

This is a fabulous High quality Private Gated development and a superb spacious Villa that is spotless and very comfortable - The rooms are Huge and the Master Suite is great - Two very large bedrooms for the kids and it is so well equipped with everything you need - Three huge lovely pools that are never too busy and just a stones throw away whilst the Sea is nearby with a beach thats a Kids dream for building Sandcastles - The Silver Coast is just stunning and more beautiful than the Algarve, better value and not commercialised. We had a super holiday and the temps in mId Summer were perfect with hot days, cooler nights and a nice breeze that means air con is just not needed in this part of the world unlike other parts of the Med. The Area has some truly stunning Castles and Palaces and so much to keep you occupied. Obidos is a Postcard Town and just 15m drive, resort is just an hours drive from Lisbon and the motorways are empty.

Beautiful Holiday home

Just returned from a week staying at Praia D'el Rey. What a wonderful Villa, we had a very relaxing week and the children really enjoyed the pools and the nearby beach. The Villa has a lot of very nice touches and includes everything you need for a self catering holiday. The surrounding area is lovely and I recommend a visit to Obidos which is a walled town with lots of little shops and cafe's. I would highly recommend the Vila for anyone wanting a relaxing break, the Golf course looks fantastic and the food at the club very good also. We hope to return soon.
